Mr. Submarine — Restaurant in Worth Township

Absolutely horrible service. I came in with a coupon that clearly stated either show on your phone or print. The guy at the counter who had a pretty bad attitude not saying hello and his head down waiting for me to speak. I showed him the coupon and he begins to say he's not the owner and to hang around for him to come in. I let him know I'm working and couldn't just wait around and there should be no issue since the email tells you everything already. After he took the phone scrolling up and down seeing it was authentic he called the owner. He told him I had a coupon. The guy hangs up and tells me how the owner said I need to print it out. I say to him you clearly see it says I can show on the phone but the guy shakes his head completely indifferent saying he's not the owner.

TLDR: Avoid this location, poor...

6pm dinner time. Closed up not sure why?. I still crave a Mr Sub. I'll get over it. Tried again at 5:43 pm. Walked in and asked if I could get a sandwich. He says we're closing in 15 minutes and didn't ask to take my order. There's no way this place will last closing at 6 pm. I saw 2 cars leave while I was writing the review. If you don't like your job and can't take pride in what you do then you should find something else to do. This place is going downhill in a hurry.as I am writing this some guy walked in and they took his order. I suggest you keep looking. There's better food and service out there....

POC BEWARE. This business isn’t open to you. If you see the sign say the business is open, but when you walk up the door is locked with someone inside you think bad business practice. Then you see that those hours don’t apply and that the door magically opens for people with a different skin color than yours. You think it’s probably in my head. You still give it a shot only to be told as you walk in that they don’t have any more bread.

Never question your instincts. You are right this place is discriminating you. Plenty of other businesses in the area that do want your money and will treat you...
