AQUATIC PARK — Local services in Cicero

I am a pass holder for the first time this year and it’s been a wonderful experience. We’ve been there with the exception of a handful of weather related days. The desk staff at the entrance is amazing and kind every time. They make my grandkids smile and feel welcome. The people there are mostly regulars that you see daily and they are all welcoming and like a giant family. The snack snack has a lot of options that are affordable for everyone. The pool is inviting and clean as well as the property. The lifeguards are all sweet and there are a very substantial amount of them making you feel safe. I’ve only lived here a little less than a year and because of me purchasing a pass here I have made so many wonderful friends in the community. The price is well worth it and it’s been a fantastic way to spend our summer and keep the kids busy. I highly recommend it and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Also, the lifeguard managers are so sweet. I believe one is Emma? We love her!! The woman who works the desk, she is blonde with glasses is the reason we decided to purchase the pass. I am disappointment with the outdoor swim classes. While I understand the need to continue programs, I believe holding classes in 70-degree, windy, and rainy conditions is unacceptable. It's unfair to the children who have to endure such discomfort, and I question the decision-making process that prioritizes revenue over the well-being of participants. Additionally, I find the 30-minute class duration to be insufficient for any meaningful instruction or activity. I hope the park district reconsiders its policy regarding inclement weather to ensure a more positive and safe experience for all...

Las clases de natación para niños están !!! Fantásticas verdaderamente mi hija las está disfrutando… y su entrenador tiene muy buena actitud !!! LO ÚNICO MALO DEL LUGAR ES LA MANAGER ES MUY GROCERA Y RACISTA. Durante la clase hay sillas de playa y claramente hay un anuncio donde ahí no te puedes sentar pero había padres esperando ahí . Mi hija y yo tuvimos la atención de preguntar si podíamos pasar a sentarnos y dijo que no . Después de terminar la clase de mi hija ella quería ver el área de niños y nos dijo que no que teníamos que pagar . Cuando le dije que por qué tenía que pagar si no traíamos ropa para estar en la piscina . Solo que la niña quería ver y no la dejo !!! Claramente pague por la clase y mi hija solo quería explorar el lugar y no se lo permitió . lo sentí muy respectivo a mi persona dos incidentes en el mismo día .

Swimming classes for children are !!! Fantastic, my daughter is enjoying them... and her coach has a very good attitude !!! THE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT THE PLACE IS THAT THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND RACIST. During the class there are beach chairs and there is clearly a poster where you can't sit there but there were parents waiting there. My daughter and I had the attention to ask if we could come and sit down and she said no. After finishing my daughter's class she wanted to see the children's area and the manager came up and told us to leave then insisted that we have to pay. When I asked why we had to pay if we didn't bring clothes to go in the pool. Only that my daughter wanted to see and she didnt let her !!! Clearly I paid for the class and my daughter just wanted to explore the place and wasnt allow too. I felt it very offending to my person with two incidents on...
