Dunkin' — Restaurant in Worth Township

This is overall critique of all stores in the chain. In general I love Dunkin Donuts especially the coffee and bagels. Most of the time the service is good too. However the last five or ten years the variety of foods has diminished. There are less bagel brands and the low cal cream cheese which I usually bought disappeared. I bought an extra large decaf coffee with only one cream only around 2.10pm on Jan 1, 2025 and it was the worst I’ve ever had. Just plain colored water. Very untruthful set of folks. I was on the highway b4 I realized . Never trust their coffee. Check in the store b4 leaving. It was a plump bespectacled lady of Asian descent that served it. Bunch of thieves . The woman was rude and doesn’t pick up the phone when it’s ringing. I called the store right in front of her and she didn’t answer. I ordered a dozen donuts and they didn’t have certain ones we wanted, which is fine, but she just replaced them without consulting or asking what I would like as a replacement. I consider this poor service. This store is also located IN the mall. Save yourself the time and go to the one on Ridgeland. They are WONDERFUL...
