Dunkin' — Restaurant in Worth Township

The service that I received was the worst ever. I asked the server for an opion on how to make my drink and he stated that he didn’t know what I was talking about. I’m from out of the country and I’m new to ordering Dunkin Donuts. I have never had matcha here before and he didn’t even try to help me.Then, when I got my drink, it was a small and the entire cup was filled with ice (there was barley any beverage itself). I asked him if I should have ordered light ice, he shrugged his shoulders. I proceeded to ask if he could make me a new drink and the energy and his body language showed that he did not want to make my drink, so I asked for a refund. Afterwards he still gave me attitude. Terrible Dunkin Donuts experience. Will not return to this...

Unfortunately I cannot say anything good about the new crew in the morning. The ladies are loud With personal conversation. They address customers with endearing names such as honey baby sweetie Etc. I've gone in twice and twice my order was not correct. A crew member did not wear gloves and prepared my coffee but proceeded in preparation with her hands and fingers on the top of the lid where I drink. When I brought this to her attention She proceeded to get me another lid ( no gloves) but also placed her bare hands on the new league as well And supported her actions with a laugh and smirk. Worker very rude. I walked in and said hello attempting to order.
