Dunkin' — Restaurant in Worth Township

This location has the WORST customer service. They don't even deserve one star, but i cant post this without selecting one. I ordered an customized ice cream cake online on Aug 4 with confirmation it would be ready for pickup on Aug 7. When I arrived there, they could not find my order. Then, they had go get an ok from their manager to give me 2 smaller ready made cakes to replace what I had ordered. I asked if they could even personalize it and I was denied. This was for my daughter's birthday. We were all upset!!! Afterwards, I complained to corporate who directed me back to their manager. The manager offered to send a gift card in the mail, but it never came!! I reached out to the manager again and was given a response to just pick one up from the store. This store is one hour from my house. Only reason we ordered there in the first place was because it was near my inlaws' home where we had the party. I refused to drive there since it's an inconvenience. Worst customer service ever. Don't order anything there as they will likely...

I’ll preface this review by stating that I have not been to this location in over two years because the last time I was there I watched the older female employee (everyone knows the one) make a dragonfruit refresher by pouring the entire box of dragonfruit concentrate into the cup. (it should be noted that a refresher calls for around two ounces of the concentrate)

To make a long story short, I ordered the new sparked energy, which I’ve been getting from other Dunkin locations, but at this location when I ordered it I ended up getting a half and half concentrate refresher drink instead of the sparked energy. it was so bad and so strong that we had to throw both drinks away after two sips. This Dunkin’ should honestly be shut down. Every single time I go through the drive-thru my order is wrong or missing something — literally every single time. Today I ordered a sausage wrap, and when I bit into it there was no sausage inside. After waiting almost 20 minutes, I finally get my food, eat the wrap, and then realize they actually gave me the sausage on the side. Who does that?? At first they didn’t even charge me, then messed it up anyway. Do employees here even get proper training? The level of carelessness at this location is beyond ridiculous.
