Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Worth Township

Would give negative stars if I could....

Go to pull up to the drive-in lanes, since I have my dog with me. None of them are open, they all have cones buried in the lanes. Not super visible but whatever.

Hopped in line at about 3:05 today. Only a few cars ahead and none behind me, I'm at the speaker. Wait about 5 minutes and I get greeted with "what can I get you". No "hi" or "welcome to sonic". Fine you're a little busy, I get it, I've worked fast food.

I ask for a mini Oreo blast and was interrupted with "only shakes". I ask what that means, genuinely puzzled by it. They reply very rudely "we only have shakes". So I say okay, I guess give me a sour patch kids float and a cup of vanilla had cream. I get no reply.

It doesn't make sense that they would have shakes but not ice cream..... ice cream is used to make the shakes!!!!

By this time all of the cars ahead of me haven't moved and the line is basically out to the street behind me. I had to wait 20 minutes for the THREE cars ahead of me to get served before I could leave.

Had there been a sign, I'd have just left. Was really only there for that and something small for the dog.

The employees are rude, slow and the drive in spots should be available. It's sunny and 85 degrees out. Use all the tools you have available.

My advice to Sonic, strip the franchisee and employees from this location before they tarnish your name and leave you...

Went here last night and will Never be going to another Sonic Drive-in if they all are run like this S__t Show. Took about 10 Minutes after pushing the Red button for them to acknowledge me and take the order. Then Jovan was Rude and can barley here what's being said over the speaker system. Finally seen on screen that the food was on the way out and waited 15 Minutes before I went in and saw my food sitting on the counter while they made other peoples drinks, and was told by the Woman with Blue hair that she had to make a bunch of shakes so I just had to wait while my food got increasing colder and more disgusting. When the nasty cold food was finally brought out they charged me for Tots that I asked to be upgraded Chili cheese and didn't give me the the tots they that came with the meal I had ordered as well as the forgetting to give me the Texas toast and sauce for the chicken tenders. I spent close to $40.00 on that Trash food I couldn't eat. If this is how the Owner of this place trained his employees I know it won't be long...

If I could give this place zero stars, I would let's start with the food. The food is disgusting. It's all cooked and then thrown in the microwave and serve to you. You speak to management about these things and nothing gets done. They get irate and don't want to hear it and tell you that they'll let the franchise know and the franchisee will call you back. But the franchisee doesn't call you back then you call them to let them know that the franchisee hasn't called you back but now they don't Answer the phone anymore because they have caller ID and they know who it is and this is all management's doing so if this is how management acts. Imagine how the store is and the food that you are consuming when people don't care it honestly shows I can tell you Sonic nor this franchisee will ever get a scent ofmy money. Absolutely disgusting food and an absolutely disgusting team running this place. Keep your money and spend it somewhere else. You'll...
