They are advertising a new really crispy chicken sandwich. I ordered it. It was so soggy the breading came off the bottom and stuck to the bread. I took it to the register and told the lady. She said you can't wait to eat it that's what happens! I was stunned, they know they are bad and they still served it. I should mention how long I waited to eat it. I was with my 4 yr old grandson, I of course set out all of his food before I ate mine. So 3 minutes maybe, how would you drive home with it? I said to her please replace it. She grabbed it from me, she was angry, she threw it about two feet into the trash and then yelled out make her another sandwich. By the time it was corrected the rest of my food was cold as was my grandsons. The floor at this location is covered with a very slipper subtance. You slide across it. Honestly be very careful if you go here. They don't have a drive up window here. In this case that is good, you can check the food before you leave. No drive thur but entering this restaurant "the vibe"starts. Above excellent customer service. The manager James treats his employees as family with proper motivated response and delivery to all. Outstanding team player! Hot chicken. Clean business that makes you want to dine in. Friendly atmosphere. Juicy chicken, hot sides and a well adjusted beverage machine. This place was filthy dirty and a visit from the health department is in order. Hanging up on a customer was totally uncalled for, but not surprising based on this guys demeanor and attitude towards customers. It was obvious that the person or persons who put together the order did not know the difference between a leg, wing, thigh, or breast, since they screwed this up to. This is pathetic.
