the personnel is nice and friendly. I had an issue with a lash lift that I was trying to get done but they were patient and communicated very well. the prices are very reasonable. I had to get my lash lift rescheduled maybe like 3 times before they were able to perform the service, which was not the fault of the person or salon. the day I was finally able to get it done, I had an appointment but I still waited more than 30 minutes. the person who I had an appointment with apologized for double booking. I dont know if I completely belive i think that she just took her personal friends in place of me. there was alot of talking that sounded like they were talking about their personal lives among the 2 customers and the 2 techs there. when I did get the lash lift done, for some reason it didn't work on me. I still wanted to go back and get it done there because they were so nice and she said she would call the manufacturer to ask why it i didn't get results. I made my appointment with her for Dec 5 before walking out. I never got follow up communication about my appointment. I maybe couldve also called but I didn't remember until after hours the day right before. and also after the wait on my 3rd visit it kinda rubbed me the wrong way. I should've just found somewhere else but I really wanted to give this shop a chance.... four chances...

For men or women, going out to get any beauty service done, especially in the world we are currently living, can be a daunting task and scary at that. My eyebrows needed some great work and although skeptical of going out in public during this pandemic, I bit the bullet and gave this new shop a shot. Boy was I glad I did so! Walking in was a breath of fresh air, literally! The place is truly beautiful, smells great, and has such a welcoming and chill atmosphere. Adriana serviced me and she did an amazing job! You can tell she actually loves her job in the way that she takes her time and more so because she actually asks you what is it that you’re wanting to achieve with your brows. She left my eyebrows super clean and also introduced me to a service called brow lamination, if you don’t know what that is, call Nvee beauty and book your appointment :) great customer service and great work. I always go to Adriana for my brows! She is always super friendly and pleasant 😊. I recently had their new facial service done by Shay, I was super exited about this because I have been wanting one for some time. The ambiance of the room was very relaxing and clean, but wouldn’t have mind for the sounds in the background playing to be louder to drown out the noise a little more (that’s just my personal preference). But she had the sounds of the waves/ sea which was really nice. Shay was super sweet, and very attentive to all my needs and I definitely fell asleep 🤣. Its was so calming and relaxing and she gives a pretty good neck, shoulder, and arm massage! The sugar scrub I believe really brought a glow to my face and I will be investing in that product that they happen to sell when I come back. The only thing Is that they haven’t started their extractions yet. But happy I had a nice mini make over with my brows and facial! Thanks...
