Rudest service I have EVER experienced at a Dunkin' Donuts and this is NOT the first time. The first bad experience was when they got my order wrong. I ordered an iced coffee, and they made it hot. Normally it would not a big deal, I just asked for them to remake my drink. The woman yelled at us and said "WHY DIDNT YOU SAY THAT BEFORE?" And when we responded and said "we did" she said "NO YOU DIDN'T!" And slammed the window. Another bad experience was with a man we couldn't understand. We explained the order and he kept repeating the wrong one, so we corrected him politely several times and he got extremely angry. At one point he said "YOUR ORDER IS SIMPLE AND YOU ARE MAKING IT COMPLICATED!" So he repeated the order once again (it was wrong) and we just agreed to it as we weren't getting anywhere. Obviously we received the wrong drink and just decided to drive off. These people are so disgustingly rude and have no idea how to treat customers with respect. Last year I’d come here on my break, at that time the service and food/drinks were pretty decent!
Unfortunately now, every element of this DD is horrible. I tried to give this location too many chances for redemption and it’s disappointing how each time the experience is unpleasant.
I’ve tried the drive thru- wait time was inexcusable and the attitudes was distasteful.
I’ve tried several different foods/beverages- either tasted burnt, cold of bland.
What I dislike the most is whether you walk in or sit down, the workers are in the back openly and loudly cursing discussing personal issues that should have no reason to be heard in the store. The drama is unmatched and unnecessary.
Good luck ordering on their machines or to a live person because they either neglect the online services or too busy in the back hiding from customers.

Just went through the drive-through, placed an order online. Got to the window to grab my order 1. The gentleman at the window was not wearing ANY PPE, 2. Attempted to give me the wrong order, 3. Was VERY rude when he told me they were out of a particular flavor of donut, saying "Hello!" "Hello!" When I was telling my mom who made the order that they where out and if the substitute was ok, 4. My mom ordered a iced chai latte large, what we got instead was a medium iced latte, 5. I ordered an old fashioned donut along with my coffee, my donut was so hard, it must have been days old.
