Wendy's — Restaurant in Wrightstown

I stopped by the Wrightstown Wendy's to grab a quick bite to eat during my lunch break from work. It's been probably 20 years or more since I've been inside this Wendy's location. I have fond memories of my grandmother bringing me here during my adolescent years so I could get a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and my grandmother would get the salad buffet. Well, the salad buffet is long gone. The inside dining area was clean and welcoming, but I was the only one eating inside. That actually suited me fine since it was midweek and I just wanted peace and quiet while enjoying my lunch break.

The staff at the counter were GREAT! The young woman who took my order rang it up a couple different ways to find me the best deal since Wendy's had a sale that day on the Son of a Baconator (sandwich only) but I wanted a meal. So she rang everything up separately and saved me over a dollar. The staff was courteous and my order was ready in just a couple minutes.

The downside was the quality of the food. The bacon on my sandwich was hard, to the point I was worried about chipping a tooth. The sandwich itself appeared room temperature, not hot or even warm. Like the bacon and burger had been sitting a while before being made into my sandwich. The only saving grace was the fries and strawberry lemonade...both were great!

Given that I stopped in after the lunch-time rush (around 3pm) midweek when it was slow, I'll give the store 4 stars and go back another day to see if the food quality...

(This review was originally posted on DoorDash) So Ive had multiple issues with orders from this wendys, both in person/drive thru and DD; but today was the one that finally got me to complain - hair in my nuggets. Prior to today's order, my complaints that ive kept to myself include things like forgetting to include paid for customizations, last time they even forgot the bacon on a BACONATOR. I let all of that slide and chose to order again today- purely for convenience; this time nuggets/fries/frosty- no customizations.... only to find hair in the nuggets.... Im done giving this location chances to not be terrible and id advise everyone else to do the same. I tried so hard to give chances, as one of the very limited places for food around here, especially delivery. I tried to be patient with the little mistakes. Finding hair in my food is where I draw the line. Do better wendys. (In the photos attached you will see the hair faintly wrapped around my finger while trying to pull it out, as it was wedged in between the nuggets- disgusting) Thankfully, DoorDash customer service went above and beyond to provide me with a credit that is more than fair for the inconvenience. Thank you for recognizing this DoorDash. Do better Wendy’s, seriously, quality check...

Nope never going here again, not too clean and they riped me off with my credit card and charged me for someone else huge meal. They did it to my friend too. So no more more Wrightstown new jersey Wendy's for us. I love The one across from Hamilton Market place in Hamilton New Jersey. Wonderful place Update 10/15/22 I like to give places 2nd chances. Well this place will never get a 3rd. Attitude problem just ordering the food. Acted like she didn't want to be there. Then I give her my card, she gives me no receipt. I ask for one and the look I was was just uncalled for. So she gave me 3. Yes 3 ! I only asked for one. She didn't say thank you, have a nice day. Nothing. Her attitude was just horrible. I would put her name here but I don't believe in hurting her like that. It's management for letting this happen. You need to be there for your employees.
