Wow. So I showed up at 1:30 PM a whole thirty minutes after your stated opening time of 1:00 PM only to be told, “I’m not quite ready yet.” Not even a “sorry for the wait” or a smile. Just… not ready. Funny thing is, ten minutes later, someone else walks up and magically gets served. Must be nice to be on the VIP list for shaved ice, I guess? As someone who has tried multiple flavors and supported your business before, this was honestly disappointing. If being ready on time is too much to ask, or if customer service only kicks in when you feel like it, then yeah I won’t be back. Hope the next customer is more...
