Adapt Kitchen and Juice Bar — Restaurant in Wrightsville Beach

LOVE this adorable spot so much! The atmosphere is clean and so aesthetic! The staff is knowledgeable and kind, and get to know the regulars. The display of baked goods is the best eye candy. And the food not only tastes delicious, but ingredients are high quality! Frequenting this superior gem at my favorite small-town beach is one of the joys I look forward to each year I come to vacation. So much so, that sometimes I find myself here more than once a day! I love that they have a cute counter with a few chairs next to the store front window to enjoy your food and people watch. Cons: I went here with a friend for the first time and ordered an Kyoto Fog with oat milk with honey, he ordered the Lavender London fog iced. Let me just say that his was better than mine but still lacked a lot of flavor and mine tasted like straight up cardboard almond milk (which i did not order) with absolutely no flavor from the honey and bitter matcha. It was so hot out and we parked ways away so we didn’t go back because we already were on our way out but none of us finished the drink. It’s disappointing because I’ve heard amazing things about this place and it got great reviews :(

So happy to find this place on a recent business retreat we had in Wrightsville.

Whenever I travel I’ve always gotta find the best coffee shop in town where I can get my morning cup of quality caffeine.

This was the spot. We initially came in because one of my colleagues wanted some fresh juice (which was great too) but the coffee was on point and maybe most importantly the service was fantastic.

Nothing but smiles and great conversation served along side delicious, energizing juices and great morning dishes to get your day started on the right foot.
