Review update 8/6/2020: There was a 1-topping special in the mail so I gave the place another try. This time was excellent, old world pepperoni cuts weren't so thin that they burned when going through the oven. Sauce was plentiful and tasted fresh, sweet, with just the right amount of tartness. Double romasean crust made for a nice presentation. Dough had right amount of chew and tear, temperature of overall pizza was superb. Estimated time for pick up online was useful, I came right when it said to. I'd say this place redeemed itself.

Previous review: The owner here cuts the pepperoni super thin when you order old world pepperoni. I had ordered extra old world pepperoni but still was not satisfied with the final product because there is no bite, no substance to the pepperoni. I can understand that some people like the crispy pepperoni, but when I order old world pepperoni I expect it to be a thicker cut, otherwise there is no difference between it and the normal pepperoni. Now if I order from the Murphy location, then that owner gets it perfect. I get that thick old world pepperoni cut. We loved going to this Marco's. The food has never disappointed us. I'm only writing this because of the poor experience with the manager, Kevin. My food this time was less than ideal, did not taste correct and seemed overcooked. The feedback links on the website do not work so I called the store and spoke with Kevin. Positive thoughts that he did refund me, after some discussion. Negative thoughts he didn't have a good attitude on the phone, told me everything was cooked and made properly (which might be the case, but it still tasted bad), told me customer feedback online wasn't really a priority when I asked he escalate the issue of the link being broken. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I might consider the Murphy location instead for my next order. Customer service is important and taking feedback from a customer needs to be done with grace and not attitude.

New to the area and was welcomed home to a free large 2 topping pizza all I had to do is return the pizza box at pickup. When i spoke to assuming the manager on the phone who took my order was very professional, very friendly and welcomed me to the area. Unfortunately, when i went to pick up the pizza the young man at check out was clueless as to why i was bringing in a empty pizza box and seemed really thrown off by the situation so he went to get the manager whom knew right away what i was doing and picking up. When the manager shows me my pizza it’s not what i ordered so it was a little disappointing especially since the ticket had the correct toppings on it. The manager was very nice and offered to remake the whole thing but i told him it was fine no need to waste the pizza i didn't want and i felt as though who was i to complain for a complimentary pizza.
