One Bad Experience: I was overcharged for my two smoothies yesterday (charged twice for the same 2 smoothies). I reached out to the Smoothie King workers there 4 times before the owner (Jay) returned my call. There was no question as to why I was calling for his help. Jay said he could not find the 2 transactions in the system. There was no apology offered for the mistake that was made. I was required to drive a total of 12.5 miles to and from the store, spend 30 minutes out of my busy schedule, not to mention the wear and tear on my car--just to receive my refund--all of which upset me. The overcharge was refunded. I asked that I be made whole with Smoothie King coupons because I really like Smoothie King smoothies, but Jay refused that request. I didn't feel like my time was valued as I value it. Overall, I was made to feel like it was my fault that I was overcharged--this upset me more than anything. I left without a word. I doubt that I will ever be back to this store because of this...

I am pretty sure the staff was fairly new and that’s probably the reason my drink had about 20% missing from it. Another thing that I noticed was that when I was ordering my drink, there was a 2 dollar coupon I could’ve used whenever I signed up that day. The person who helped me didn’t even point that out so im not sure why that wouldn’t be discussed with customers if that’s a way I can save money and you guys can continue earning my business... Management was very sweet and requested to redo drink but I had spent enough time waiting. Read moreI accidentally ordered a smoothie from here on my app without changing the address to the one closest to me in Austin. I realized this immediately and called them to cancel the order. I was told that only a manager could cancel my order by a 16 year old and they would call me later when a manger came in. I never got a call and my money was never refunded. I am going to stop ordering smoothies from the Smoothie King app as it appears there is no way to cancel an order if it was made in error.
After attempting to contact them the past two days, I now feel like they are avoiding my phone calls. Their mailbox is also full so I cannot leave a message.
I am now going to file a complaint about them with the Smoothie King corporate offices, in addition to informing my credit card company that this purchase...
