Original 2 star review first, update to 5 stars at bottom: Shockingly, we haven't eaten at BDubs since just before COVID started. We decided to get take out tonight! Boneless BOGO night!!! We ordered 2 sets of 10 boneless, giving us 40 boneless "wings" altogether... Also ordered a large fry, large cheese curds, and 2 bottles of sauces, because one can never have enough BDubs sauce - let's be honest!!! Ordering the sauce on the side for the 40 boneless wings, we were given only two itty bitty ramekins of sauce per 20 wings, I think it was about 1.75oz of sauce per 10 nuggets. Sadly, out of the 4 itty bitty sauces we ordered, only 2 of the 4 were actually ones we ordered - 2 were incorrect. Then, the $11 worth of bottled sauces we paid for were also forgot. (We ordered this for pick up one hour before it was needed. HOWEVER, pick up time was at 6pm during a really busy night). The food was HOT though, and was good... Just sad without sauce. First world problems, I know. UPDATE: from 2 stars to 5 stars!! I brought my receipt in the next day and talked to the manager during a *non-rush* time. He said we could just order some food and he would comp it as an apology. We were given our 2 bottles of sauces from the night before. 15 minutes later I was on my way with super hot, super fresh food. Since we already had tons of leftover boneless wings, we decided to try a pulled pork/brisket sandwich with BBQ, slaw and onions on it-- IT WAS AMAAAAAAZING... Even better than the wings, and I know that is blasphemous to even think... The smoke flavor, quality meat, sauce, and slaw were a total package. Absolutely my new favorite thing!!! So, without the sauce snafu, I never would have tried the brisket. So, THANK YOU for good customer service! We are all human and mistakes happen-- but it's how you solve the mistakes that say a lot. Great job! Thanks!

Had'nt been to a B DUBZ in a long time. All I got was a beer. The wings my friend had looked delicious. I had ate before I went there. They've got plenty of TVs. From what I can recall in the far end sitting area. There was about 4 55 inch TVs. 5 to 9, 32 to 50 inch TVs. Most brands of televions that I saw were LG. They also had a large roughly 75 inch projector that was above standard quality. Most of the TVs looked like they needed an upgrade. One was out of order. I do not believe they were 4k which was disappointing. Most of the sports playing presenting good colors. My menu for order had some food residue on it that was unpleasant. They accept debit cards, they have public restrooms. A few of the prize machines were out of order so if you wanted to win one of the plastic balls you were out of luck. They had a decent selection of prize winning pay to play games. The waitress was helping 5 tables and was still able to be very attentive and awesome friendly. She was shorter and had glasses with blonde hair. Wednesday December 12th around 10pm she brought me a short coors light with a side of excellent customer service. Beer was great. Atmosphere was nice. ( --there was the classic drunk group of 3 being loud and taking selfies in corner--) which to me was a nice touch to the evening that made me smile. To achieve the final star from me they would just have to clean up the smell a little. The fried/food smell is fine. But floors and kitchens need a good degreasing to avoid that dirty esk smell if ya know what I mean. ( see photos ERIC DRIPPING SAWCE )

BW3 is by far my favorite franchise around the state of Michigan. I travel all over the state and do my best to visit if there is one in the city. I stoped at the Grandville one after partaking in some hunting action at Cabela’s. next door. This was the worst experience I have had at a BW3. I had my family with me which included a 4 year old. I was told it would be a 30 min wait. No big deal. But after an hour and see 16 families of 4 come in after us and get seated. I asked the hostess why we weren’t being seated and was told that since we were a family of five we had to wait for a larger table. After telling her my 4 year old doesn’t take up that much space we were able to be seated in a booth as there were many available. We ordered pretty quickly which was nice but they were out of items on their menu such as onion rings. However, when the food came 28 min later, many of the dishes were cold and the wings had hardly any sauce on them whatsoever causing them to be extremely dry. Over all, waitress was very nice but clearly over stretched on how many tables she had. Food was by far the worst BW wings I have ever had. Disappointed to say the least.

My fiance and I were in Grand Rapids after visiting a friend. We're from the Detroit area, so we decided to stop here since its a familiar name. Horrible, horrible experience. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a counter with about 5 girls who were crowded around a tablet looking like they had no idea what they were doing or like they were absolutely miserable and didn't want to be there. We were told there would be a 10-15 minute wait for a party of two. We were fine with that since it initially looked super busy. When we sat down to wait, we noticed there were at least 6 normal sized tables that we're clean and ready to be used, but for some reason we were still waiting. When we were finally seated, we were seated at a booth that easily sat SIX adults. They have NO idea how to prioritize their seating, which is why all the bad reviews have something to say about the horrible wait time. There was no reason for the two of us to be sat at a six person booth! Anyway, when the waitress greeted us, she was very friendly and attentive. We ordered our drinks and asked about one of the appetizers and she told us they were out of the GRILLED CHEESE pieces that go with it... How do you run out of grilled cheese? Well, that answers that, they definitely aren't making them fresh. We asked if we could substitute that with more of one of the other things that came with that appetizer. She quickly went and asked about it and came back. No. They would not substitute and they wouldn't make the appetizer at all without the grilled cheese. So we ordered the mozzarella sticks instead. The prompt service ended there though. About 10 minutes later they were sloppily brought out by a woman who was not our waitress. We proceeded to sit there for roughly 25 more minutes before our waitress came back to ask if we were ready to order our meals. At that point we told her no and that we would just like our check. Worst service I've had in a long time. We will not be returning next time we're in Grand Rapids. This location needs some serious help. I've never had a problem like...
