Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Wyoming

My friend and I went through the drive through yesterday. I ordered a Peppermint mocha frozen drink, and 2 cookies and she ordered a sugar cookie frozen drink and a cookie. We drove down the road and nether one of our drinks tasted like anything except for VERY STRONG COFFEE. There was not even a hint of Peppermint. I called and asked if they could replace it if I brought the other one back. The lady was not very friendly and said "Yes, but you need to bring back the full drink" I informed her rae I would and had already said that. I got back to Scooters where the room my drink back through the window ( I'm fine witth that, but I thought that was a health code violation?) And then proceeded to charge me almost $2.00 for extra Peppermint syrup... which after receiving I STILL could not taste a hint of Peppermint and my friend also tried it and she couldn't taste it either. I honestly don’t understand how anyone could give this place a 1-star review. Every time I visit, the staff is always super nice and welcoming. Plus, the white mocha blended drink is REALLLLLY good—definitely a favorite of mine! I absolutely love Scooters and would most definitely recommend it to anyone. The only small constructive feedback I could give is that the drink consistency could be a little more uniform across visits, but even then, the white mocha still always hits the spot. Used to be my go to spot but lately they young girls working here have poor customer service skills and make drinks incorrectly. I’m almost certain they have made drinks with iced coffee instead of espresso. I’ve ordered iced lattes that taste just like watered down coffee. No rich espresso flavor they normally have.
