I pulled into the drive through and after waiting quite a while I ordered a personal cheese pizza with spinach. The person on the other end asked what kind of bread. I said "for a pizza?" He said"oh....... One second" so I waited for about a minute and then he said "all of our pizzas are frozen" there was a very long pause so I said "that's fine! When do you think it will be ready?" He said "um ... I don't know" so I waited for about 5 minutes waiting for him to help me before I ask "well is there someone there who does know or am I not able to order a pizza" and he said "one minute. Umm ok I can warm it up right now" I waited another 5 minutes waiting for him to at least confirm my order or tell me my total but he said nothing at all! So I asked "is my order complete?" And he said "I'm putting it in the microwave right now" Microwave? Really? This person was extremely unprofessional and made it seem like he was not interested in helping anyone. I waited for a good while before he confirmed my order with me and told me to pull up to the window. I pulled up to the window and finally paid and waited for them to make my pizza. Read moreThis is the worst subway we have ever been to. Last year we would just stop in periodically to see why they could not serve us. They were out of bread. The bread was bad, they were closing in 40 minutes etc. etc. I had a gift certificate, so we thought we would try one more time and I sat at the outside order station, saying hello and trying to contact the store which was obviously open. As cars pulled up behind me, I got out of my van to explain to them that no one answered. I finally drove to the window and knocked on the window and a young man came to tell me that they were busy. That was it, we’re busy. He gave me the choice of coming in, but I had dogs in the car and did not want to leave them. I drove back around to tell the people in line that they would never be answered and one lady who had just had hip surgery said they’ll take my order. She drove to the window and knocked on it, and a young woman said she could take her order. Yes, it would just be slow. I finally drove away because we don’t need this kind of hassle in our life. Oh if you want to drive back here and have the receipt then we can do something. I said hey I want you to know employees arent doing their job he then got rude as heck. You cant say that we get busy and forget. We give 110%. Well bull..i will give a different subway my business. It would cost me more in time to drive there and back. But they know that. We were the only car in line and no customers in the lot.. 2 different employees took the order the first one the bread meat and cheeses and baked. Where she went wrong is beyond me.
