As soon as I walked through the door, there was a display case full of more N scale than the typical shop has. Then I walked further in and saw some on the wall, 2 more cases and a large quantity of organizers behind the counter. This alone rates 2 stars. I walked around and saw track, wiring, scenery, supplies, tools and on and on. There's another star. The guys behind the counter were friendly and helpful. That's another one. The last star is for what makes this place unique, it's almost all second hand so the prices are real good. If they hadn't told me the locomotives were used, I would have assumed they were new based on their condition, but the prices were quite affordable. They had a fair selection of HO as well. Great variety, lots of hard to find out-of-production merchandise, great employees who are so helpful and knowledgeable!! The vast majority of products is used and/or second hand, but don't let that deter you, there are so many great deals to be had!! From locomotives and rolling stock, unique subject matter and road names, to track, figures, vehicles, landscaping and structures and fittings and detailing parts, hand tools, adhesives, etc. I love to support local businesses, and I love to actually see and inspect the merchandise as opposed to shopping via the internet, and I don't have to wait for it to be shipped to me or contend with porch pirates!! My dollars go alot further here, the prices are great!! I spent about $70, but I estimate it would have been at least twice that amount had I...

Great place for all things trains! Lots of HO/OO and O-Scale trains, track, pre-made buildings, model buildings to assemble, awide selection of high quality, used trains and model railroad parts, design tools and accessories for the beginner hobbyist or the experienced home engineer.
