I didn’t want to leave a review but I have to. I’ve brought several cars to them and they have done a nice job. I brought my 2018 civic si to get ceramic tint put on my whole car. After 5 hours I got a call to come get my car. I took a before and after picture of my dash and when I picked up my car there was a ADS problem. I told them immediately and he refused to say it was his fault. I went to mechanic and they confirmed it was their fault and they still didn’t believe me. They tried to tell me to take it to their dealership another day as it was already 5pm and I dropped my car off at 9am on my day off. We agreed that I would take it to a Honda where they confirmed it was the tint guys fault. By the way when I looked at my car there was bubbles and slash marks that they said “give it 2 weeks they will go away” yes they have a life time Warranty. But why should I have to make a 3rd trip there when they knew that all my windows weren’t going to fix themselves. So they said they would pay for the damage of my module and 2 weeks later it dried out and fixed itself but still no improvement on my tint not to mention the dirt stuck between my window and tint. I called back and took a 3rd trip out there for them to remove it all and give me a refund. I am highly disappointed they treated me like a little girl. If they want customers, do the job right and take ownership for your problem. Took them 15 minutes after they pulled my car into the garage for them to start ripping my tint off.

Once I got home I hooked it back up and there was no power to it. (It was tapped into the rear view mirror for power) I looked it over and couldn’t tell what they did. Gave them a call and they said to bring it back so they could “fix” it. After 10 min it was fixed and I was going to leave. Then I noticed their “fix” meant my radar detector would turn off whenever I would shift into reverse. So after 45 min of them messing around again nothing was fixed and I was told to F off after seeing how they were planning on fixing their mistake. I told them I didn’t want anything to change from my previous setup. They did not know how to fix it unless they could completely modify how it was powered. I told them no. The representative pulled my vehicle out of the shop, tossed me the key and said leave. Very unprofessional. I do have to say the tint did turn out good. If you value customer service and professional staff I would look elsewhere for service. I’ve also included a picture of their fix for wiring power to my detector.

I’ve had service here previously with no issues. Today was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. Gave them a call and they said to bring it back so they could “fix” it. After 10 min it was fixed and I was going to leave. I hope this review finds everyone in good faith that this is a good place to go and do business with upgrading your car with tints and audio. I went to this place as I am new to the area and I wanted some tints done on my 2013 Buick Regal. I looked at the reviews and saw that they got a lot of good reviews on their tints and pricing, so I went here and was also satisfied with the quality and service given to me. I was also in the market for getting some subs installed with my stock radio and at first I was a bit skeptical on whether or not I should let them install them on my car for the simple fact of not seeing enough reviews from others who have gotten them done by this company. So, I took my chances about two weeks after my tint install and went on ahead and let Revolution install my subs with my stock radio. Here it is now about a month or so, and my car and the subs as well as the tints are all in excellent condition and I have no complaints, I even left my car sitting for over two days without starting up to ensure that my battery was going to be fine with the amp and the capacitor and when I came back to my car it started up just fine, and that's how you know if the install was done correctly, without your battery dying and that was surely enough time for the battery to die without being started up, and it was fine and the install itself was clean and very professional. I even took pictures of my car before the install to protect myself if they messed up something and the after pictures of the car looked just as similar to the before pictures. I wish I could give them 5 stars, however the only reason why I gave them 4 stars is simply because of the owner or whatever his title may be in the business having his son watch things on the television, which some of the things were a bit inappropriate for the age of this child in my opinion. If you plan to wait for your vehicle because of your travel circumstances and really care about children and what things they are exposed to (like I do) and this little guy is sitting there watching his shows or whatever you'll maybe want to just drop your vehicle off and come back to get it. Having children in a place of work period is unprofessional especially if they are seen. Otherwise, besides that only downfall everything else was crisp and very customer satisfactory and I will not hesitate to send my vehicles here and refer this...

At this point all I can say is that I handed to them a perfect working vehicle and after installation I was handed a damaged one, which they refused to accept any responsibility for and refused to fix (without charging)

UPDATE: If I handed you perfect working vehicle I expect to get it back the same way (right?), regardless of what (you) worked on. As much as this place claims they did nothing to damage my screen, the matter of the fact is that the moment I handed them my keys it worked perfectly fine, matter of fact I never had any issues with it and after they handed it back to me, the screen was a black & no longer works. They did offer that we take it to the dealer for a second opinion and the offer was that if the dealer could prove that this car place was responsible for the damage they would repair it but if they could not prove it then I would have to cover all cost from the dealer, which I almost agreed to, however after calling the dealer for a second opinion the technician manager informed me that it would be almost impossible to prove they caused the damage and more than likely I would have to cover the costs. The fact that this car shop offered a discount on another radio is no way to compensate for the damage. And after what they did there is no way I will leave my vehicle on their hands again. And just for the record, they lied, I NEVER asked for a new stereo, I asked that they fix mine, the one THEY broke. Needless to say I also had to take it back to them as the remote starter installation was not done properly, if the vehicle was locked and I used the remote starter, it would set off the alarm. At the end of the day, I cannot force this place to fix or compensate for the damage they caused but I can offer to share my honest experience for others who plan to take their...

Update to my horrible experience with this business.. After doing hours of research of the cheap quality window film on the web, and calling several well known tint company's in the area, NONE of the 4 places ever heard of the cheap brand tint he is using.... what a shock .. filed a claim with the BBB and will be further pursuing getting him to remove the cheap film (even though I am not asking for my money back)

Had my car done here, used a cheap quality tint, Went back multiple times to have them remove it (not even asking for my money back) and they REFUSED. Tint has a hazy look from the inside out, spots developing, cut corner wrong and used a sharpee marker from the inside to color in the missed spot. Getting several orange/bronze spots on the inside around the letters etched in the glass, was told by a competitor that it is from using cheap tint. I would NOT recommend them to anyone, They wont even tell me the brand of the tint so I found a box in their shop and took down the name of it.. I web search it and can not find out any good information on it .. CHEAP TINT.. Not asking for my money back, just remove the crap and let me go somewhere else !! I am continuing my search for the cheap crap they use and will get my issue resolved.. Worst part is I have shown them pictures of the hazy look, showed them in person the flaws and mistakes and they still told me to leave.. NOT SMART... I have 2 other vehicles that were done at Auto Shade ( aka Tint Factory) and they look awesome from the inside out... I brought my car there and they said who installed that crap ? I keep getting told the hazy look is normal .. yet my other 2 cars don't look hazy on the inside... At least Auto Shade can see good quality tint because...
