Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Xenia

I really don’t think the manager Josh has a clue what he’s doing over there. The last two times we’ve ordered they’ve messed it up completely. Last time they forgot a pizza, our marinara sauces, Parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers. After calling them they brought us the Parmesan cheese and one sauce when we ordered several and forgot the pizza and crushed red peppers. This time they brought us 3 pizzas and Parmesan bread bites with absolutely no marinara sauce and then when I called he said he could add a 2 litter for the 2 Parmesan cheese they forgot and the 5 marinaras and the crushed red peppers, when the driver showed back up he brought two things of marinara a few things of crushed red peppers and informed me that his manager neglected to mention he was supposed to grab a 2 litter of coke that he offered and I even said it wasn’t necessary but he insisted over the phone. We didn’t order here for over two months for a reason and this was a prime example of why we won’t get dominos again. We paid for extra sauce to be added on to the pizzas and they are dry as can be. This location is trash,, food is average to below average, but THE WORST PART is the general manager Rachel. She's so rude every time to the point if I get to the door and see her I leave. I've seen her take orders handle money then go straight to pizza making without washing or sanitizing and this is the GM what an example for her employees. I work in food industry and EVERYONE in my store says hi and welcome in with big smiles. No one at this store acknowledges that the customer is what carries their business, Five people or more in the front and only the one person who's on the register even looks up at you when you approach.. I get that the store can be busy but the door dings to let them know there's a new customer it should be automatic to say "HI welcome to Domino's" even if none of this happened the food should be good, I would just order online and forget the employees, but it's not great. when i ordered, i get the mushroom hoagie, but w/ light pizza sauce. which i asked for...i asked about the wings. said i wanted an order of mild wings, but run them thru twice. some 1 in the background said we only have hot wings. (which ive ordered mild wings from this store, before which i told the guy on the phone) then some 1 in the background said "ive worked here for 2 yrs-- & we've never sold mild wings-- hes a liar"... oh, & they got my order WRONG!!! i had mushroom sauce & mushrooms on my hoagies. (which looks like snot!!) but what if i had an allergy?!?! i could have very well went to Cassano's & got a 10" original-- you cant F-- that up!! not all customers are right-- but YOU DONT CALL THEM A LIAR!!!!! if this is how dominoes treats me, & others-- i think next time i'll save myself the headache & go...
