Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Yakima

Updated review OBVIOUSLY I should have read the reviews prior. But I was starving and just had got I to town was looking for my hotel and should have been open everywhere else was at least listed as closed if I had known they closed early I would have had time time find a grocery store or something. Especially if I had read this seems to be AN ONGOING PROBLEM AT THIS PLACE. So because I wasted my time attempting to get food here rather than finding a store or something I was extremely sick all night cause I hadn't eaten. And I didn't mention it before cause it didn't seem relevant at time until I read previous reviews and when I went as well there were people standing out on side of building and was odd placed cones which was confusing. Nit positive it was staff but my situation seemed very similar to many others and they were months apart so it's apparent NOTHING IS GETTING FIXED AT THIS LOCATION!!

Ridiculous. Closed at least half hour before closing time, was rude at drive thru intercom as if I should have known this. Gave no reason why closed early. This is not first time I have experienced this with jack in the box but it was not the same location. 2 times other times all diff locations between yakima and...

Such poor service I was baffled when I was ungreeted by a lady who just flung my bag towards me like she was just wanting to get rid of me. I asked her if I can get ranch, she quickly said ranch is in the bag with a disgusting attitude as if I had the audacity to ask her for ranch than slammed the window in my face before I could say anything else. Clearly she has no respect for the customers and I’m shocked to see this is allowed at this jack in the box after reading previous reviews from 8 months ago it shows that the manager or whoever is in charge of this jack in the box has done nothing to handle this situation but instead to allow this type of rude ignorant behavior to still be in effect which shows customers a great lack of respect.

Edited Review. I had to go back through drive thru because I did not get my whole order. This wouldn’t have happened if she wasn’t there shutting me out.

3rd edit. Tried to eat the chicken wrap and It is soaked in heavy heavy sauce it is disgusting. They couldn’t even take their time with my food and do it properly. I tried calling 6 times in a row and it just rings. How can you get any type of assistance if no one EVER ANSWERS THE GOD DAMN...

I stop here all the time and most of the time it is great. Well last night was bad. I was only car in drive through. They said it would take a few minutes for the fries as they were cleaning the fryers and would I pull around the front to wait approximately 3 minutes. No issues at all. I pulled around and was the only vehicle in the parking lot. As more and more cars started to wait with me, after 10 minutes a employee walked out with arms full of sacks and walked up to last car that came in the lot. I was thinking they were just starting at the first car and would drop off sacks at each vehicle. It appears the first car must have been an Uber eats or a door dash as they took all the food and left. I sat about 5-6 minutes more and then decided I would just leave. So basically I spent about 20 minutes and 10.27 for nothing. Not sure I will be back again. Customer service...
