Aqua Tequilas Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Yakima

Went to this spot we hadn't tried before and we weren't disappointed all!.. When you walk in its nice and clean. Smells fresh, and the ambience is nice. We were greatest quickly and we're seated fast. Menus were kinda great and we quickly learned that their menu was packed with great options(wish they had cat fish though). Once we looked over menu, we order our appetizers which was guacamole and chips, you know just to try things out. After all, if you can't guac & chips right, what can you?. .lol. once we dipped into the dip, we realized we were in for a great meal. The flavors, the smell, the taste of rich savory smooth guacamole danced on our tongues in sheer delight, and we just smiled, all of us. Next, we recieved our tortillas with butter and man, were they great tasting!. . FRESH, FRESH, FRESH was the flavor, and we ate them all. Next was the carne asada plate and it was so good, and the most tender carne aside I ever ate. It was seasoned to perfection and so moist, and it melted in your mouth and had no after taste and wasn't greasy at all. Then we got our next plate which was fish sauted with a Cause that was so delicious. The fish was so good, and the sauce was super good. We also got served the fajitas and the chicken, beef, amd shrimp we done perfectly. Fresh herbs were key to this dish being A+. Next we got the shrimp 🌮 and it was so moist and tender as was the asada 🌮 as well. They both were fresh and moist, and had a great taste. Las but not least we got the Asada plate with salad and it did not disappoint either. the rice and beans we killer good to. Then I got my plate which was the Chile Verde, and man was it GOOOOOOOOOOD!. .It was so good and the salsa was so fresh, with the farm fresh taste of tomatillos, coupled with the moisture, tender pork cubes!. . Wheeew, it was the perfect meal. I really liked the service and how clean it was. It was a choice we were glad we made to choose to eat here today. If you're looking for real, authentic Mexican food, then try Aquas Tequilas...

Went in with a friend to have a few beers and eat. Ordered mixta ceviche and my friend ordered a shrimp ceviche. They brought me the wrong ceviche. The seafood was room temp. And had a strong ketchup taste to it. The plates looked like they were served from the same bowl. I even told the owner that it looked like it may have been pre-prepared because the ceviche that my friend and I got looked and tasted exactly the same even tho my friend asked for no spice. I returned the plate, told the owner I would pay for the plate but that I was not going to eat room temp ceviche. We were then pressured to leave. The waitress would then come very frequently after and kept asking if we wanted our bill. Mind you she was not visiting our table much before I made the complaint. I eventually said yes give me my bill so I can leave and we left. IG the owner told my friend they got new cooks. Their mariscos USED to be good there. I do have to add that the owner did not charge me...

I'm still giving this place a one star review. Had got into an argument with two people there over nothing so I left and you guys tried to say I didn't pay my tab when I did. I left my money on the table and now I'm banned from here which doesn't make sense like u guys got cameras that can see inside I don't get it why u guys said I didn't pay. So yea don't recommend this place anymore.

I did send a message calling u guys a name I'll admit that of course I'm gonna be mad about shit I didn't send no messages threatening you guys and then you just said I didn't pay my tablet again and that u checked the cameras well if u would have checked them good enough u could see I paid my tab because I left my money on the table which was way more then enough to cover what I paid for. And now I'm banned for nothing so yea I'm mad of...
