McDonald's — Restaurant in Yakima

This is a tough one to write because i grew up right around this area and I remember loving the toys, man when those first came in ooohhhh boy, I was like s fat kid at a.....wait I was a fat kid at McDonalds. (-_-) anyways great memories of this place and though most of the time I would say I get maybe decent service tonight was not that night. I saw a huge line and thought, "my lucky day" doordash gets to sit in the stall and call for their order to be brought quickly to the vehicle and skip the line......yep that would've worked if the workers remembered about me. Gone are the days of admitting truth and here are the days that I call in after 9 minutes and they tell me they are just waiting on the cookies. I would expect those things burning the bag to bits, but they weren't, and it definitely doesn't take 12 minutes and like 6 of that being without a line, to make a quarter pounder meal with 2 cookies. Being lied to only says to me that believe I'm more dumb than the lie as I would then believe it. Most of the time I would give this place a 4 to 4.5 star and the owners themselves are amazing. So this visit was more of a like 3 but since I have had extremely positive experiences with owners and that's who this actually makes or takes issues from. 4 star it is. It shouldn't matter what someone sees and has to come tell everyone about, customer's come first. And really it would be 95% better if they would've just said oh we are sorry sir, we got distracted. This would be a 5 star rating for...

I had a Surprising moment there on SummitView McDonalds , Myself and my son went there to pickup a early dinner there , I had payed they asked me politely to move over to reserve stall 2 to wait on our Burgers which I did , will we waited patiently then a nice elderly staff lady brought us out our food , well I told my son I was going to eat it there instead of driving and eating my food ,so we both did there wasn’t really that much traffic going on through there drive way , well anyways I was on my last bite when a Heavy set Dark haired lady came up to my Black truck and asked us that we are not to be there because it was reserved for paying customers I was like what excuse me I just bought to meals and your telling me to move , I even showed her my Bag and Reciept and even showed her that I was Disabled , Did she care No she didn’t and walked away , I will not return to that place if she is there because she was not very polite I am not anger at the rest for one uneducated person in being polite to her Elders and for the Disable , oh yes please specifyyour wording on your parking privileges there , because it does not say there is a time limit or other . If your Management would like to contact me I am gladly to be able to talk to someone ABOVE HER AND HER FRIENDS THAT COVER for this unexcused behavior . Thank you and have a Blessed day...

We have only lived here for a couple of months. We live on Barge Street and drive past this store almost daily. My first visit was a drive through to bring some consistent and familiar burgers and fries to the family. The fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a long time. The burgers were dried out and also tasted like they had sat for a while. Tried there again today to give them a second chance. The burger this time was so overly covered with Mayo and sauce and it had 4 tiny tomato slices on it. The tomato slices were all the butts of a couple of tomatoes. I could actually squeeze the buns together and it poured mayonnaise and sauce. The fries were cold and the burger so sloppy they both had to choke down. The worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I had hoped the first visit was just a bad day. It was an evening visit. So today was a lunch hour visit, 11:30 to be exact. It took a half hour to get the burger and fries and still...
