McDonald's — Restaurant in Yakima

This store is a dump. The staff is rude and ignorant. Its like a bad dream from a mexican border town. Im traveling the country and i do my business in the morning and in the evening at McDonald's. I usually work before i order anything. This morning i was asked by Angela to leave because i had not ordered anything. I explained to her that i was letting my thyroid meds absorb because i can't eat anything within 2hrs of ingestion. She informed me that i had 2 minutes to leave. I asked her for the owners phone number and she gave me a fake number. I also asked an older heavy female employee and she stated she didnt have the owners information. Both employees are either stupid or liars as this info is posted on the door. Fortunately, i found the owners information on the door as i left. Unfortunately he didnt seem to care about my treatment and im guessing he did nothing about it. After a quick google search i see that its probably because he owns 11 stores in area. As a business owner myself, i would fire an employee immediately after knowledge of this kind of conduct. Angela should be fired. I have been to 100's of McDonald's in 40 different states across the country and i have never been asked to leave or treated with such disrespect. I will be escalating this experience as well as the properties condition to McDonald's corporate office. I do not recommend this store or the whole town of Yakima. If your not from here avoid it...

They be hiring anyone, this is the McDonald’s closest to me so I go but I usually go in the afternoons. I went two times around 12 and I went inside and they have this Asian lady with red hair I think, she’s very rude to customers, I was in line and she was helping an old lady and then I heard the old lady tell her “next time you hand me my change hand it to me on my hands don’t throw it on the counter”, I thought “damn that’s a Karen” then in front of me was a lady who didn’t speak Spanish and she asked us to help her so we did she wanted a large frappe and the lady kept on saying something gibberish and SHE threw the change on the counter. Also go me like umm that’s not showing courtesy. Next say me and my friend decided to go get something for our points it was around that time again that same Asian lady was there we got two kids happy meals one with the cheeseburger and the other with nuggets she again was rude at the counter and we saw her making our order but she didn’t clean her HANDS she left the counter from touching the computer and went directly to make our order and didn’t even close the boxes right we had to do it ourselves. We opened the boxes at the car and it wasn’t right so I went back and told her and she was like “WHAT YOU NEED?” I said “oh you have me two burgers and it was just one and the other with nuggets” she rolled her eyes and yanked my box and took out the burger idk where she left it but she put nuggets...

They couldn’t quite pull it together this morning. I pulled into the drive-through line at approximately 6:50, the train just started coming through, And the road was blocked. I took this as a sign because I had been contemplating getting McDonald’s anyway, but I thought that this is a sign from above. I was the only one in line at this time and I waited for two minutes, nobody came through the speaker. Another gentleman and a car pulled up and started ordering so I pulled back around And attempted this again, mind you have to be to work at seven. I finally got my order taken, the gentleman in front of me is waiting at the second window, (middle one.) Nobody’s helping him, so he pulls forward. I pull forward. The lady comes tells me my order (or what sounds like my order.) She spoke very fast, but hey, I was finally getting some service! Paid for my meal, took off because I was already running late to work now because of this lack of service, got to work ate my hashbrowns, delicious! Then got to my biscuit, egg cheese, bacon sandwich…… I was quite disgruntled and very disappointed to find that, No I did not get that. I got what I’m assuming this is probably the gentleman‘s meal that consisted of an English muffin egg cheese and Canadian bacon. Definitely not what I ordered nor was I looking forward to. I wasted my cheat on this. I understand it’s early. Nobody wants to be to work that early but, pull it...
