My mom was offering at the window and while ordering she was interrupted several times. She tried explaining that she wanted a venti strawberry refresher and a grande mango refresher. The employee repeated the order but confused the drinks saying a grande strawberry refresher and a venti guava. My mom tried correcting the order and the employee interrupted her asking if she spoke Spanish and insinuated she needed a translator and proceeded to have someone speak in Spanish to my mother. My mom is Latina but this does not mean she does not understand English, if she didn’t I would have spoke for her. I found it extremely rude to presume that she needed a translator, especially given the fact that she wasn’t the one who got the order wrong. My family definitely won’t be ordering...

The male barista who took her order also decided he should correct her for not saying please while ordering (he interrupted her before she was finished ordering) as well as make fun of her name that he wrote on her cups for her order. She hesitated when ordering and said "um before her name and he said "I have never heard the name Amlily." Every time I order something, it's messed up in some way/shape/form. For example, today I ordered a venti cold coconut milk with 7 pumps of vanilla and light ice. I was given a venti cold brew with with coconut milk and no vanilla. And, I was the only customer in the store at the time, so it wasn't a mix up of drinks. This had happened to me too many times.
