When you walk into the restaurant, you smell freshness, and great spices being simmer and cooked into tasty seafood. If this isn't enough, the smells of different foods fill the air with aromas of master chefs at work. In this day and age, very few establishments take time to prepare their food, and what they do give you is soggy, freezer burnt packaged seafood, but NOT HERE!. . Here, you get fresh food, with spices that dance on your tastes buds, like ballerinas gracefully go back and forth in an arrange order. The place is a little clean spot out on 72nd, that brings you tasty cajun, salted, or regular flavored seafood at the spice level you can handle. Once the order is place with its prompt service, your order is served in no time. Super fast is my favorite, Captain Crab delivers!.. Once your receiver you order, your taste buds begin to jump at every thought your having of tasting this and that, and the platter is FULL!. . This plater has options to add pounds of shrimp, scallops, potatoes, corn, rice, crab, sausage, etc.. and the list goes on. Once your begin to dig in, your realize quickly that this is some great seafood, delivered to you hot and spiced perfectly. Not overdone, or short changed, but given a healthy tasty portion for the price you pay. I believe they serve the most from any place I've been to, and I've been all over the states, and other countries. My tasty opinion on this place is a 5, but it does lack on rice options. I wish they had 3 or 4 options of rice, and this would be the perfect best spot for Seafood in my opinion. I gave it a 4 for this reason, and would hope they take it to consideration. 13 out of 15 is my final score for this...

I want to start off by saying the atmosphere was nice, the place is comfortable and clean, but I find It is ridiculous they don’t have bathroom for customers. The girl who served us was very nice and was able to explain everything. We created our own boil and chose according to the menu for “per pound” orders. Dungeness Crab, Peeled With Tail Shrimp, Clams, Sausages, Corn, and Potatoes. A traditional mix. We also ordered a Pork Bun to try and were surprisingly satisfied and became very excited for our food! We didn’t have to wait long as we also opted to order our food “naked” or as the “Captains Boiled” with no sauce. When our tray came, we were instantly thrown off because we were looking at the eyes of giant prawns with the heads still attached! Now I know people love head on shrimp and prawns, but it’s just not our thing, and the menu clearly stated that the shrimp are peeled with TAIL on! I just picked the pound of shrimp out and discarded them in the bucket because even after pulling a couple heads to try myself, each one was actually still veined with all its “nasty” inside. I could not eat them consciously! The corn cobs were steamed from frozen or microwaved I wasn’t sure, but they were a bit inedible. Our Potatoes were cooked thoroughly and were decent. Big red potatoes cut in half. The clams were pretty good to be honest, and the Dungeness Crab was good quality. We were given bowls of melted butter which reminded me of eating pounds of shrimp with my father as a child. I enjoyed that also. Overall I enjoyed the crab, but all the downfalls were too much to say I would recommend this one. The Casino is a better option than this in my opinion. Plus, NO...

I am writing to share feedback about my recent visit to your restaurant on January 19, 2025. My family of five and I were looking forward to dining with you again, as it had been a year since our last visit, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.

We waited 20 minutes to be seated, an additional 15 minutes for our drinks, and 30 minutes for our food to arrive. While I understand that delays can occur, the overall service felt unorganized. Additionally, the dining area was uncomfortably cold, with guests, including my family, needing to keep their coats on throughout the meal.

Our server’s behavior was another concern. She was noticeably rude and unprofessional, which detracted from our dining experience. When it came time to pay, she made a disparaging comment to a coworker, saying “another one,” after seeing me press “no tip” on the card reader. I found this especially frustrating, as I was planning to leave a cash tip afterward.

As for the food, we ordered two #3 combos, but the portions were unsatisfactory. There were very few clams, mussels, and sausages, and the crabs were quite small. Given the pricing, I had higher expectations for the quality and quantity of the meal.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues, as we were hoping for a much better...

First and foremost, I come for Ramen as I am not a big seafood person. Given the experience today though, I may give seafood a try. The food can be a little pricey, but the portion size is good, and the quality is high. Pictures of ramen included range from about $9-12 The flavor of each component of the ramen was delicious though you may want to adjust for your taste. Together, the meal blew me away. I almost ate the pork fat, it was that good. In addition the spice wasn't overwhelming for a spice lover, though the chili oil can be overwhelming if you overuse it. The pork bun was also good. Proportionally most pork buns are more dough than anything, but this one was open-ended allowing you to see what's inside. And was tasty without drying out my mouth. Lastly the atmosphere was pleasant though pretty tight with so many customers. I would prefer just a little more elbow room, and that is my only criticism. 10/10. Give this place a try. I'll be giving it many more.

I like these folks, the food is delicious too! It's cold out and what they serve is hot, it's the perfect season. Apparently some people think the people who work here are rude...just flat out wrong. The staff is helpful when needed. One wasn't fluent in english and gave limited responses but I'm not going to hold that against anyone. They are personable, even let me take a photo of them! I ordered spicy ramen as hot as they will make it with no dilutions or additions and it was pretty darn good! Full of rich flavors though they really could throw something fiery in it, the highest hot level was less heat the sriracha sauce. After finishing my bowl I moved on to my wife's, just delicious.

We got the Chicken Ramen and Combo #1. The ramen was flavorful and filling, plenty of meat an veggies in it. The boil platter was great. Messy, but great. They provide gloves and wet naps for it though, so no prob. We brought our 4 y.o. and 1 y.o. with us. No kids menu, but we knew that going in. The high chairs were new and clean. The tables and facility was clean and uncluttered. Staff were responsive and helpful. Overall great experience and great food!
