McDonald's — Restaurant in Yale

Normally I wouldn't rant on a review but this is one of the worse McDonald's. I wouldn't consider eating here. You'll either get stale buns, under/over cooked burgers, dry mcgriddles, cold fries, etc. Its overall terrible && disappointing that they're comfortable serving their customers poor quality food. Especially the buns. I've had to throw my food away from how bad it tasted, I couldn't finish it. The worker's there are always polite but the managers pressure them rather then helping them. I understand in that type pf work environment you will encounter rush hours, & spiked production however I have 7+ yrs of managing under pressure. Yelling at your employees who are the ones keeping that site rolling is not going too get the job done any quicker. I feel bad for the kids/employees that work there. It's horrible management which probably explains the foods quality. There has been multiple occurrence where I even waited for my food, & still didn't have the quality desired from McDonald's. You'll also have to use your clothes as napkins cus 50% the time I never get napkins. Unfortunately this location is in a small town so your limited on options to get too a McDonald's. I really didn't want to leave such a bad review but when its literally everytime I have gone there I'm not satisfied. My friends & family feel the same type of way.

Slowest established of McDonald's I've ever experienced. Unless the entire staff was completely new, they didn't even know the menu. They sold me 2 meals, that weren't even meals, then charged me extra at the second window where you pick up the food, because the guy at the drive through sold me an imaginary meal, so I had to come back out of pocket so they could itemize everything. This is the 3rd time prices changed from the first window to the second in a couple month period. And the first window person never gives the receipt, so when you get to the 2nd window, you can't even verified your order. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that wants to receive good in an efficient manor. Also, not very clean, noticed employees without PROPER PPE. Hate to put a business on blast. But I'd be deceiving every one of you who read my reviews and follow me on other platforms if I recommended this place. I'll be doing a follow up on a couple weeks to see if this has improved. Hopefully someone that cares, can read this, and DO BETTER, just make sure it's not the guy on the first window, or the second window person will not...

last night I stopped here on my way home I wasn't really paying attention to the time or even thinking that this location might be closing soon "9:58pm"... I pulled up to the menu made my order and pulled up to the window paid for the order and then to the next window. The lady at window number 2 stated that it would be several min for the order b/c they were making everything fresh for me. I said thank you and she and the rest of the team got to work on the order. As I waited I watched a woman pull in and walk up to the front door and use a key to open it. At this point it dawned on me that I was the A**HOLE that pulled in right at closing and made a order! I felt horrible for this! The woman at window 2 was so nice about everything and I was so blind to see what had happened I tried MANY TIMES TO GIVE HER A $20 TIP... she very nicely DECLINED the offer over and over again.
