McDonald's — Restaurant in Yazoo City

I just pulled up to this McDonald's in yazoo city they open up at 4 every morning. It's 4:38 I've sat at this speaker for 7 minutes the only car in line on this Sunday morning nobody comes to the speaker to take my order. So I just pulled up to the window it's a older lady walking back and fourth came and looked at me in my face twice didn't acknowledge me didnt come to the window and say not one word just ignored me like I'm not even there. On the internet the timing for breakfast is 4 why is it on this sunday I'm the only car in line it's almost 5 and nobody is taking orders and all I wanted was hash browns. Bad rude customer service and what makes it so bad Monday - Friday they taking orders left and right at 4 on the dot I don't know if they were short staffed this morning didn't wanna work but for it to be 4:46 now almost 5 and they not taking orders is ridiculous!!!! Had me waiting for nothing and rude attitudes no acknowledge no nun just look at you crazy like they don't know what's going on. Sad I will never come here again McDonald's has the worst customer service ever especially dealing with African American people in general they have the most horrible worst attitudes ever. Like we as the customers didn't make you fill out the application if you not friendly or a people person get out of fast food work go fine another job else where not dealing with people!!!!!!! I'm calling cooperate as well and they can go look at the camera too they gone see my suv was the only vehicle in line at 4:38 am but who cares right I'm just a customer trying to give my money to a company that doesn't value their customers at all!!!!! Update different day August 26, 2025 Tuesday Morning Now OK McDonald's here we go again it is 4:16 am yazoo city location once again it's after 4 nobody is taking orders at the speaker I pulled around I guess this lady with a blue shirt is the Manager on Duty gone say they open up at 5 am now. McDonald's y'all need to get y'all ducks in a row and get the time changed off the internet from 4 am to 5 am because on the internet it's says y'all are open. How y'all open up at 5 am this week and all last week it was 4 am y'all just do what y'all wanna do open up when y'all get ready y'all need to change the time on the internet then cause it still has 4 am on there!!!!!!! Guess I can't get no hash browns this morning either which is ridiculous!!! Whatever time is on the internet that says y'all are open that's what time y'all need to be open all the employees sitting down they got orange juice and breakfast they suppose to be working not eating but glad they can get a breakfast tho but I as a customer can't this is the worst location ever if I could give Zero stars I would!!! Don't come to this location keep passing...

Pulled into the curbside location then ordered my food thru the app. It was busy so I understood why it was taking a while to get my food. After 15mins I started wondering what was going on. I got out of my vehicle and went inside. The girl inside was very helpful. She told me that the other person that was suppose to bring my food out to me, could not find me. I asked if the curbside parking signs were new. She said no they have been there for a long time. I then told her that I ordered the food while sitting in the parking space. She seemed to get aggravated for me but never spoke bad about her co worker like most people would have. She got my meal replaced since the original 1 had been sitting inside for over ten mins. It's crazy how someone cannot find you in a spot that has been designated for a long time but it is what it is. I appreciate the girl helping me and if I ever go thru that town again I would stop and eat there if I was hungry. I hope to never go thru that city again cause there were a lot of bad drivers there. On a 11 hour drive, this was the only city where people cut across without looking, or try to run people over. Maybe a lot of people there just don't pay...

Who knows what the food tasted like so I didn’t rate that one a 1 but I DID NOT GET MY ORDER BECAUSE THE BAGGER AND COOK WAS FLIRTING MORE WITH CUSTOMERS THAN COOKING OR BAGGING THE FOOD! I had a mobile order sat through drive thru and it was taking too long. Hopped out of line and went it and it went sour after. From the girl not even greeting us but only flirting with a group of boys then the cook teasing the girl about her liking the boys and then suddenly she disappeared like she shy. Comes back serves them to the fullest and never came back to register. I literally just needed a mobile order “a damn large fry” like c’mon you can’t hand me my fry that probably been sitting there!!! Then I say something about just needing a small order please and never got service. So I just waited 30 min for NOTHING! Let’s not mention the smell of urine before the bathrooms! Please realize you can have fun while you work! It’s called hustle! Word they know nothing about! -1 for overall!!! Worse McDonald’s...
