My husband and I order pizza tonight. They charged us twice at almost $80. The original time we ordered. Than they canceled and than charged us again. Never delivered it. We called and they still have us on hold over 30 min later. It would been easier to call a cable company and order Domino's tonight, than from ordering Domino's online from this place with who they had working and running the stire. Because than we drove up to the store. We are at the store now. Have been for 30 min and they won't let us in. The delivery guy who worked tonight should have been your MOD. Whoever he is needs to be the manager. Because the manager was worthless. The houseman was handling his duties as a manager. No one could tell us anything. All we can do is go home and spend 80 more dollars they said. I have it all on video. Eventhought we showed them the confirmation number from both orders and the charges. We also showed them the order. But all they could do is tell us to go home and reorder it if we want pizza tonight. Oh and the reason both you g men gave us for never coming back to the phone was, they were really busy so they could not come back to the problem on hold. So we got the GM's name and number Alex Shirley, are placing another order and praying tomorrow Alex is more competent than the rest of the employees handling things tonight. Exept the exceptional diliver guy who helped us who clearly should be managing the store. BTW we are regulars. Read moreI called early yesterday evening to order some pizzas, 10 medium pepperoni to be exact. When the first guy answered the phone, I asked did they have a limit on how many pizzas I could order and he advised me that they did not. I proceeded to give him my order and he said I needed to speak with a manager. An extremely rude female then took the line and stated that I couldn't order pizzas from them becasue she didnt have TIME to make 10 pepperoni pizzas. This is not the first time these people have been rude to us or declined a pick up order. I don't know who owns this franchise but it has went downhill the last several years. Apparently they didn't want or need our money or order so we will not be using them for pizza again. Just fyi...2 months ago, my husband picked up an order (which they had all wrong and we never were compensated for) and they failed to return his debit card. We called as soon as we got home and realized it. The "manager" said she would put it in the safe for us to pick up the following morning. We were there as soon as they opened and once again a rude female stated that she wasn't going to open the safe to look for it. My husband had to demand his card back, 45 mins later she finally agreed to open the safe then for an additional 30 mins she claimed that his card was not there. It look calling corporate for them to tuen over his card. Some serious shady business going on...

I put an online order in & when I got to the store they said at the window “it was voided.” Instead of taking my order at the window the attendant said to go do another online order. I did, & waited, only for after 35min. to see the order was cancelled AGAIN. As I’m asking the attendant at the window, after I pulled thru again, why my order was cancelled, & him telling me he had no idea why, I received a call from the store to say they were “out of Philly meat”. So instead of calling the 1st time, they just cancelled the order & then instead of calling the 2nd time, they waited 35min. & when I pull up to the window again & the attendant tells me my pizza is at the bottom of the list to go in…like, who manages people like this is what I’d like to know. B/c clearly that person needs some re-training. And did we have an offer to throw in some garlic twists, a dang marinara cup or a toothpick?! Nope. Just “I’m sorry for your wait.” I bet you are Christopher!!!...
