#7 with a coke and 2 strawberry pies. Cheeseburgers and fries were cold and the pies were undercooked. Service was ok with a smile but why is it servers think they have to always call you baby or sweetie. Finally had to use the restroom the urinal was broken and the overall appearance of the bathroom was dirty. Afraid to touch anything even with washing your hands.
Update: Still the same McDonald's nothing has changed except new employees. Food and service is still the same but yet prices keep going up. You bring it to their attention that there is something wrong with your order and make you feel like you are wrong for bringing it to their attention. Prices keep going up service, quality and quantity go down. Where have the days gone of customer service or when businesses carried signs that said customer is always right. At least the apple pie was ok.
Update - Nothing has changed! Daughter and friend wanted to stop. Drive thru was packed only 2 people inside so went inside to order. Got 2 value meals big Mac and 10pc nugget 2 cheese burgers and fries. Used the kiosk to order paid and waited and waited. Stood there and watch them service the drive thru customers. Long story short waited exactly 36 minutes to get order. Not going to even bother post about the food. I wish I had something positive to post that it has gotten better...
Read moreOrdered at the automated kiosk, which is good since once I walked up to the counter I was ignored for a solid seven or eight minutes. I get it, your drive through is busy, but at least acknowledge the existence of customers in your lobby.
One guy actually came over to the register I was standing a foot in front of, and I got excited for a second, but he was just ringing up a drive through order, and never bothered to even look in my direction.
After several minutes a woman finally came over and asked for my order number. I gave it to her, and she read off a totally different order and asked if that was mine. I said no, she walked away and came back with a bag that she handed me, said here's your order, and walked away again. I had to look at the ticket to confirm that it was indeed my order.
That was two years ago. Came in today to pick up and online order. Two people standing right beside my bag sitting on a counter, never even acknowledged me. The curbside girl finally came and asked if I was waiting for an order, then gave me my bag. When I asked why on one else that been standing less than two feet away from my bag could have done that earlier, she just mumbled an apology and walked away.
I feel like McDonald's used to take pride in their customer service. I have seen nothing in the last couple of years to make me believe...

I picked up an order for my daughter and waited 30 min after ordering via mobile and watched 2 people who ordered after me get their food before me. The order wasn't difficult or special in any way. 2 double cheeseburgers, fries, and a tea. When I informed the manager I had been waiting and watched people get their orders before me even though they ordered after me, she told me she has no way of controlling what orders come up on the screen first and fills them when they come up. So either McDonald's puts their mobile orders as lowest priority or the manager was lying. This is the second issue we've had with mobile ordering at the York McDonald's. A few months ago, we ordered breakfast one morning via mobile and had the entire order get cancelled with no notice or explanation. When I confronted the manager about that I was told they didn't know what happened and never got a mobile order. I was asked to place the order via mobile again. I took my business elsewhere instead.
