I walk up to the window and lean down to see if I see someone and I see a black girl sitting on the counter eating playing with her phone and in the background I see another black girl leaning on the counter playing on her phone. The girl jumps off the counter when she sees me staring at her and she walks towards the window very slowly and rolls her eyes. She slides the window open and I greet her. This location is open to 9 pm during the winter months and until 10 pm during the summer. The location is usually staffed by young teens. You can usually expect smiling faces and quick service. I ordered a quart of Chocolate Malt with Caramel however there isn’t any caramel in the whole quart!! I’m assuming the standard for your recipes should be the same across the board correct? I normally go to the Poland one since it’s closer and there’s always tons of caramel. What happened to this batch? I’m happy to bring it back and show you. I don’t really want just a quart of malt.
