Pizza Joe's — Restaurant in Youngstown

Wow! This location has really gone downhill. The older couple that used to run it did a really good job. Now it seems to be a bunch of kids that don't know what they're doing. My pickup order for one pizza that they told me 15 minutes wasn't actually ready for 35 minutes. Yes I waited an additional 15 minutes at the store when I got there 20 minutes after the order was placed. They weren't busy at all. I was literally the only customer there the whole time. Plus the pizza was disappointing. A five topping specialty and you really had to study it closely to actually see any toppings. Neither the peppers nor onions seemed to be fresh but rather frozen or canned or something else. Just a huge disappointment from the good pizzas i remember getting...

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery, when they arrived & I started eating them & there was literally NO SAUCE on any of them. I called to get new pizzas & they would NOT bring me new pizzas. “Bc we need the old pizzas first before we can make new ones” I explained that I didn't have a car to return them thas why I had them delivered & he said thats not his problem. I asked nicely if they could send a driver to pick them back up them & he said “nope”. I said you just lost a customer bc I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. He said “ok” & hung up on me. Literally called for Delivery to order some pizzas for my sons birthday and the 2 locations that are 2 miles away from me are closed today so I call THIS location which is exactly 3.1 Miles away and the guy literally said “Nope we don’t deliver to your area”and I said that’s funny because it’s only 3 miles away and both the other locations are closed on Mondays and he says”Welp I don’t know what to tell you,sorry about your luck”. I’ll never order from ANY location again. If I could go pick it up I would but that’s what delivery’s for. My family won’t ever order from an ignorant place like this ever again.
