We ordered 2 calzones with bacon in them. When we received them there was no bacon and what we did see looked like ham. So my husband called and spoke to Marina the manager to tell them that he though that the order was wrong. The manager argued with us that the order wasn't wrong and after a lengthy discussion finally agreed to remake our order. After waiting for an hour for the remake to come when we live less than 10 minutes away the delivery driver told us that it was turkey bacon. So the delivery driver knows more about their products than the manager. They even had the nerve to be passive aggressive and give us a little cup of ham. Nowhere on their menu does it say turkey bacon. It just says bacon. So we called again and got another person answering the phone. She had stated that the manager had left for the day but that the manager said we would probably call back. So instead of handling the situation herself Marina decided to throw someone else under the bus ON THEIR FIRST DAY. We called back when we were told Marina would be back only to get nothing but attitude and talked down to like we were the idiots for think bacon meant actual bacon. You know...like every other restaurant in America. We asked her why she didn't just tell us it was turkey bacon the first time we had called about our order being wrong to get the answer "I told him it was bacon. He should have asked." Then we got the attitude again when she said "well your calling me so what do you want." When we told her that we expected a refund because we didn't get what we had ordered she told us that she wasn't going to do that for us and that she had closed the batch...before the business closed for the day. My husband works for a payment processing company. A refund is definitely possible she was just unwilling to listen to our concerns and come up with a solution. Poor description of your product. Incredibly poor professionalism and customer service from Marina. We will not be ordering from here again.

To the owner of diamond. We tried to contact you the next day as Marina said that you would be in at 3pm. Then when we called the person said that you weren't even in town. We just wanted our money back as the calzones weren't even good. Basically got a huge block of greasy cheese with not much else. We are still waiting to talk to you and still waiting for a refund. Also Marina is nothing but cancer to your business. She was rude and very clearly lied to us on more than one occasion. She has no people skills and that is an understatement. Do yourself a favor and hire a new manger to be the face of...

UPDATE: The lack of training and lower intelligence level of the people who answer the phones and take orders is causing issues again. I've been getting food here for the past 11 years and remained a customer when ownership changed hands. Throughout that time I've always gotten wings with hot sauce and barbecue sauce mixed together. While trying to order dinner for the entire family today, I was told that there is no way to put two sauces on wings. Iwas informed that, despite over 10 years of getting the same order, they've never done that and there is no possible way to do it. There have been times in the past where I've gotten ridiculous responses for things while trying to place an order or it taking 15 minutes to place an order but as you can see from my older review, those issues seem to have cleared up. Unfortunately we are back to people answering the phones who are either children or have no idea what they're doing. It's really sad because I would love to be able to continue to support this business but when they turn customers away because they can't turn two sauce bottles upside down at the same time, they are without a doubt losing money. I will be letting the owner know because he is such a nice guy and service is excellent every time he's there. I had to order pizza from a different place this evening due to lack of logic from the person answering the phone.....AGAIN. the rest of this is my previous review: This is a pretty good pizza place that also delivers. They have a bar inside and a pinball machine and an arcade. There's a variety of other foods besides pizza. There were a few issues here and there over the last year however we just came in for lunch today and the pizza was excellent. It was made exactly the way they used to do it. If you were unhappy with any of the food or service over the last year, give it another shot. I think they got...

Update: we just ordered dinner for Sunday night. I ordered a steak and cheese with ONLY onions and pickles. I ordered it the exact same way I ordered it the previous time, only this time it came with lettuce, onions, peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms 😖 the last time I ordered it, the exact same way, I received the correct sub. the menu does not state that it comes with any of those toppings. The online menu does show a picture of a steak and cheese with lettuce and tomatoes, but with it not being in the actual description, one wouldn’t think it automatically comes with those items. Especially because it’s a steak and cheese. Who gets a steak and cheese with lettuce and tomatoes? If the subs come with these toppings, please update your menu to specifically state all the toppings that automatically come on the sub. This is very deceiving and as someone who despises mushrooms and tomatoes the sub is not edible for me and I wasted my money as a refund was refused.

I am so pleasantly surprised! We live right on the edge of wake forest/Youngsville and had yet to give this place a try. I ordered online and got a 12” cheesesteak with onions and a Greek salad with chicken. I’m from Northern MA and I’ve been missing a good Greek salad. For some reason, sub shops around here don’t do them the same way. It’s exactly what I’ve been searching for. Chopped up grilled chicken, seasoned correctly, loaded with veggies. The only thing that would make it like home is a homemade house dressing. The steak and cheese was also so good! The sub roll is what it should be, so many sub shops around here use too hard/too thick of a roll and it’s not the same. The only thing I would say is maybe a tiny bit more steak but overall it was delicious! My food was also don’t super fast and still piping hot when I got home....
