When it comes to Vape & Tobacco Stores, my wife and I are a bit intimidated, as we are not really educated on matters concerning vapes. Unfortunately, our past experience from other Vape/Tobacco Stores hasn’t been so pleasant, “i.e.” clerk selling us the wrong vape (too strong) rushed out the door.

However, in dealing with the Shop Clerk “SiSi”, this afternoon (Aug 18) was wonderful. She took her time to educate us in what type of vape she recommended, and why she recommended such.  To even giving us a hip-pocket class in how to use it, “i.e.” to explain how to properly draw from a vape. She was very informative and knowledge. If you ask us, SiSi’s customer service skills are excellent. Because of this pleasant experience, Ville Tobacco & Vape is now our primary Vape & Tobacco store.

They don't even adhere to their own hours. This is the 6th time I've showed up at 9am and they're not here to open their own store. I've been sitting in the parking lot for almost 40 minutes and in that time 4 cars have pulled up and left. Because they don't open their own store at their own hours! Whoever is opening this store is costing the owner tons of business. What a shame
