Taco Bell — Restaurant in Youngsville

Terrible food and customer service. Went at 7ish pm Oct 2nd. 4 workers standing around talking. We waited at counter fir several minutes before one asked what she can help us with. We said obviously we need to order. She then tells us that we have to use the kiosk to order. Like wth?? If we wanted dto use the kiosk we would have. But obviously they were all too busy in a conversation to take our order. And the people after us. Not another person in restaurant and they are too lazy to do their job. I can't stand trying to find and edit food I want on a kiosk. But that was exactly what we spent 10 minutes trying to figure out. Whole time the workers stopped talking amd just watched us. Then the food was a soggy mush in the 3 minutes it took to get home afterwards. Taco bell here used to be on point. Guess it's turned in to a middle school gossip place for workers to hang out and show zero customer service. Will definitely be our last time...

Ordered on the app because I had pregnancy cravings at 12:30 am My husband had to go back three times over the course of an hour and a half because they kept leaving items out and we're ignoring customizations. The last trip the manager said she was "hooking him up for the inconveniences" and filled my vegetarian food order full of beef. I spent my night throwing up and am on the way to urgent care to check on my baby after 3+ hours of vomiting all evening. CHECK YOUR ORDERS AT THE WINDOW!

We ordered a breakfast bell grande box but instead of telling us they no longer have that, & giving us the breakfast Crunchwrap combo, they gave us a burrito combo so when we pulled back around to let them know, they were rude & made us believe it was us that was wrong. Asked for my card but didn’t give a receipt & so say corrected the order but didn’t reflect on my account. Got our breakfast crunchwraps and one was not folded & falling everywhere. They were extremely small & not made properly. I attached a photo to show. I always get the breakfast crunch wrap & it’s usually full & will fill me up. But not today. I usually never have problems with this location but these were different...
