I have literally called the health department on this restaurant because what they did is so unbelievable. I ordered through Ubereats at about 3:30pm, but after waiting two hours my order was cancelled because they had no drivers. Well four hours goes by, and I decide I still want to order the same thing now that there are drivers. So after 9 pm at night I get a bag with my order, only it is ice cold. I look at the bag, and there is a receipt attached. It is my order from FIVE AND A HALF HOURS EARLIER THAT WAS JUST SITTING OUT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR OVER 5 HOURS. Ubereats paid them for my $25 order because they didn't pick it up, then they got paid for the $25 of food a second time and they chose to send the food that had spoiled hours earlier. DO NOT EAT HERE, THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND FOOD SAFETY AT ALL!!! It literally should not be possible for me to have the reciept in the photo, because that order was cancelled 4 hours before my order was delivered at 9:06 pm. When I called to speak to a manager about who is Servsafe certified I was told there was not a manager on duty, and that I would need to call back tomorrow. So... no one...
Read moreI called at 6:50 pm to place a carry out, was told it would be 10-15 minutes.. I show up around 7, go in to pay, it had already been 10 minutes so I’m expecting it to take a few.. I ordered an omelette, patty melt with fries and kids spaghetti. Asked for honey mustard on the side. My food was ready and bagged shortly after I paid.. minus my toast.. I heard the girl at the counter ask the kitchen staff 3 different times for my toast.. 3 other people came in and left with their carry outs, and I’m still waiting for toast while the rest of my food is getting cold.. finally at 7:30 I get my food.. Waited a total of 40 minutes to get cold food and soggy bread that wasn’t even toasted lol. Also, didn’t get my honey mustard.. there were 3 waitresses, and at least 2 people in the kitchen that I could see.. there was one table they were waiting on.. I’m not sure why it was acceptable to have me sit there that long to be served bread and cold food. Read moreI am a very frequent customer to this Coney my job is very close and this is a handy spot for me. Usually my experiences are positive except today. I was on my lunch hour and I ordered food and I paid for one thing and got another I mean it wasn't even close! I get we are all human but the waitress who made the mistake never even apologized. That's poor customer service and she sees me often. To not even say I'm sorry is incredibly rude. I often refer people to this Coney I won't ever again and I won't ever return. When I went in for the second time due to her mistake she asked the cook to make my food and before I walked out she said well I guess somebody got your food. Never said I'm sorry for messing up, I'm sorry for your second trip and like I said I was on my lunch hour! I even thanked her and she didn't say a word!!! It was like she was annoyed I even came back!! I will be speaking to the manager today about her. That's no way to treat a loyal customer and they lost a customer in me. Not a good...
