Grateful for Mr. Pizza. Tried them late night for the first time after a 14 hour work day. Estimated delivery time was spot on, driver was a nice dude, and good was fresh.

A good first experience led me to tonight. Just getting in from work, decide I'll order and go pick it up before I get comfy... placed online, and off I went. Said ready in 25, I got there in 18 or so, as I don't want to keep them late. Who I would have to assume was the manager on shift is a real piece of work...

I walked in and approached the counter and said to him "How are you tonight?" He replied "How can I help you?"

Ok... sure, you're tired, me too. No issue. "Yes, I placed an online order for *." He turns and walks away without a word. Goes over to the line and asks the young lady running through oven "Order for *? Paid for online?" I said "Yes, i paid online" Then he walks back in front of me to the register and starts to count the drawer out.

I left a tip online, but I put a few more dollars in the tip jar because I know online tips usually don't come day of, and a few bucks for 7-11 on the way home is always a nice thing. Woman on the over says "your pizza is popping out it'll just be a second."

About a minute later she walks the food over to me, tells me the ranch is in the box and to have a good night.

I say "thank you, you too."

I turned to the gentleman at the register and say "Thanks bro, I appreciate you, have a blessed night." I BS you NOT he never looked up at me, said thank you, you're welcome, nothing. So I said as I turned to the door, I said "or not I guess!"

I called to order a large pizza and asked the person who took the order if I could get a large bacon pizza but with a couple of the slices just cheese. She informed me that she could only charge me for 1/2 bacon or all bacon. I said no problem, I will gladly pay for all bacon but just leave it off a couple of pieces (my daughter only eats cheese but won't eat more than a piece). After a lot of attitude, she said she would have to ring it up and then go to the back to tell them. Assuming they would make the simple request, I didn't tell my husband to check the pizza (a mistake in hindsight). When he arrived home, the pizza was half cheese and half bacon. I called to speak to a manager and Alexia came to the phone. She was extremely rude from the time she said hello. I explained my conversation with the person who took the order and which point she said: "She came back here and told me that she clearly explained to you we only take half or whole orders." I informed her that was not the case and she again rudely said "What do you want? Do you want me to make you another pizza?!" I said yes please...at which point she informed me it would be $9.53...UMM...REALLY? There are a dozen pizza places to choose from in a 2 mile radius, you can rest assured we will be choosing one of...

I ordered a small pizza and breaded mushrooms. It took over an hour and a half to get my order. When I called to check on the order, I received no apology, no explanation. I was treated as though I should be grateful that it was going to be coming. The driver was kind, and made lots of excuses for the delay--only two drivers and the other one was brand new. They were slammed (really? at 2:42pm?).

Order placed at 2:42 pm. Order received at 4:14 pm.

Not only that, but my food was only luke warm!!! Don't know where it sat for so long, but I'm really upset. I paid over $25 for a small pizza and mushrooms and it took an hour and a half to get luke-warm food?

This has been a frequent experience: wait way too long for delivery, get lukewarm food, and incorrect orders. Hope they change.

UPDATE: March 2022 We have tried Mr. Pizza a few more times and have had good experiences. The orders have been correct, the food has been delicious and hot, and we are very pleased. I've changed my star rating rating accordingly and am really happy that they fixed whatever issues they...
