Will never visit this location again. 3 young staff workers cussing, laughing not paying attention to your order and having to repeat it 3 times because they were too busy talking and cussing amongst themselves. They only had 2 types of bread available and said it was because they burned the bread because a previous customer was complaining and threatening them that he would be calling their manager to complain (I now see why they had another customer unhappy with the service) and that it caused them to forget about the bread cooking. After ordering they were all out of the meat for the first sub ordered we then changed what we wanted and as they started to make it informed me they were out of that one as well and then we changed it once more and you guessed it they made the subs and I asked for heavy sauce and was told they would give me what's left because they were out of that as well. Didn't even have enough for a normal amount. At this point I was already aggravated so I let it go. They seemed to think being out of so many things was funny. Nobody was wearing their masks except one worker who kept it under his nose. Then after checking out we were asked if we would like our receipt and I said yes and he walked away I got his attention and he acted confused I had to repeat to him you asked if I would like my copy of my receipt and I said yes and he then proceeded to dig through the garbage because he apparently threw it out. Instead of reprinting it or saying he was sorry he must not of heard me and accidentally threw it out or anything of that nature he literally started digging through the trash to give me my receipt out of the trash I then told him I do not need it out of the trash and left. Horrible service. Music coming from the back with all kinds of cussing as if it wasn't bad enough that the staff was cussing left and right amongst each other right on the food line in front of customers. I will say I think they were just young unsupervised or maybe one was a lead or in charge of the night shift but clearly shouldn't be. Very immature behavior going on. It took way longer then it should have to get our food they would forget what we had just told them because they were talking and messing around so much and would repeat the questions to me as much as 3 different times not because they couldn't or didn't hear me but because they were messing around amongst each other or talking amongst each other and would forget what we said we wanted. If I were the manager of this store I would start watching cameras and/or having a discussion with my night staff asap. Read moreJust avoid this place, you don't get what you pay for if you order online and use any of the deals Subway offers, especially if you order one of their more expensive subs. I get it, they might not make much when Subway offers buy one get one free or buy one get one half off, but hey that is the business they are in and each franchise has the option to opt in or out of those deals.
I have on multiple occasions ordered online, using one of deals, ordering with double meat and they don't put it on the sub, even looks like they don't put on a full portion unless you order the meatball sub, its hard to skimp on that one since you can easily see if they put the correct amount of meat on it.
The only way you should order online is if you do it and walk in right away while they're making the sub so you can watch and say something if they try to short you. Plus I think the newer employees, or I think they are the owners, like to talk about the customers as I hear them talking in Hindi to each other and the body language I observe gives me the vibe that they aren't pleased, then they will speak English to the customers.
Not really a fan of Subway in general, the only savings grace they had was the deals and the fact that this location it just down the street from me, but after this last visit, I'm just done with them, I'll just go across the street to one of the other food establishments or 7/11 if I want...
Read moreWorst experience ever at this location. No common sense and incompetent employees. We paid for 2 footlongs and 2 cokes. Employee runs out after us telling us we didn't pay. This is after all 3 people working couldn't complete one task, walking away from a task, ignored customer before us asking for the last item to complete their order, which was sitting on the white cutting board ready for them. Each of the 3 employees asked us at different times if we were together, we confirmed it each time. All three of them were standing close enough to each other to hear the answers.
When we went back in, they pulled up the receipt and read that we paid. The person that took the payment didn't confirm anything to any other employees nor us about the payment.
We fully support training new employees, and completely understand lunch rush craziness. There's no excuse for the lack of attention to a completing a task, ignoring customers and each other. I feel bad for the owners as this location has always had good customer service, attention to details...
