Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Yuba City

I ordered $20 of food and it was ALL cold. Zack the manager said he could only replace our cold fries which I asked for them to be fresh( but we're colder than our burgers) then realized our burgers were just as cold. If you go there check your food before leaving and ask them to make it fresh, although there's a chance you will get what they want to give you. Wish I could give -12 stars👎. Returned today 9-10-2021 to give them another chance. My food was hot as ordered, but my drink tasted gross( clenched your lines or check the syrup). Had to go back and wound up talking to the district manager Sarah. So I asked her to take a sip of the cup and she declined,(understable with the covid) so I asked her to pour some in a clear cup like the drive through guy did, she refused. I insisted she pour some out to see how bad it was, she refused and told me she doesn't work for me, and promptly and rudely told me to leave. Now I'm usually able to handle a bad attitude like that but needless to say I was not nice. Working on filing a complaint with corporate, but its likely to fall on deaf ears and thrown in the trash because of it being against a DM. Do not think I will be returning again. What...

I come to CJs fairly often specifically this location cause I don’t live far I saw no line in drive through so made the decision to get a “quick” bite to eat at least so I thought I have never seen such un organization in my life 5 mins after I roll up to the intercom im told it will be just a sec …. Not a problem I don’t mind waiting a lil bit another 5 goes by she comes back and says sorry what can I get you?.. I gave my order she read it back incorrectly so I corrected her then figured ok we are good get to the window I pay and get my drink I see one customer inside mind you it took me 20 mins to get to this point with no line …. I wait another 10 at window and she comes up and says sorry”what was your order again “… so now I’m a lil annoyed… but I tell her again …. She walks away grabs a bag gives it to me and I got the wrong fries but was so sick of waiting I just left … I really hope someone was in a position they weren’t used to and they get some training cause to see her completely lost with only 2 customers I can’t believe how it would go if they were busy …. Food...

I went thru drive thru. The person at the window wanted to close out my order after every item ordered. He never asked me if I wanted anything else or if my order was complete. I ordered the new Diablo Burger! It was bad. The patty was extremely thin and cooked so much that the edges were dark and very tried out. The burger only had 1 lettuce leaf and 1 thin sliced tomato!! It had few of the cheese flavored tots compared to the picture. This is the worst burger I have ever had at Carl's Jr. The fries were over fried as well and hard. I ordered the child pal meal. The chicken was also over fried, and the crispy outside was very, very dark as well. I asked for light ice in my drink and got a full cup of ice with little soda. Overall, save your money and do not visit a Carl's Jr. if this is the type of service and food they serve. I paid close to $40 for low...
