Hit and miss when it comes to food coming out right and timely , regardless yesterday was the first time I experienced a rude employee over having to use the restroom , I DoorDash frequently and used to buy snacks there easy to grab and go continue on with deliveries I understand company policies as it's restrooms for customers only , I would have been fine purchasing a drink to use restroom but the lady was so rude just made it unpleasant (my apologies for asking) this was around 6:40 yesterday and I was waiting on an order to be done to be delivered for Doordash the lady did not have a name tag on but was Latin/Hispanic , I will not be asking to use restroom again nor purchasing my food to go , they are being paid for customer service not to be rude , I have always been polite at the store even when food is running late for delivery for Doordash which by way interrupts my pay as I get paid per delivery not hr. 3 stars are for the other employees there and hopefully she's work...

Last two times I have visited this location I tried to order their new advertised promo items (coupons were sent in mail) I was told through the drive thru speaker I could not use the physical coupon because I was supposed to order first on their app.... whick sucked because I was now stuck in the drive thru with other customers waiting behind me. The 2nd time I was all set or so I thought. I created an account in their app and received the coupon code. I was told that because I didn't have a physical coupon I would be unable to receive that promo discount. The point of marketing with promotional literature is to get more customers to come into your store or drive thru to patronize the business. Since the employees can't hear the order being taken they cannot start the food until the computer tells them what to make, and when I was there it took the computer 3 minutes AFTER we pulled up to the second window to finally spit out our order. The computer not only got half the order wrong, but it slowed the entire process down by at least 5 minutes. I've been coming to this location since it opened, and never had a less that 5 star experience until they started using a computer to take the place of an actual human. The only reason I scored my experience as high as I did, is because every team member stepped it up to compensate for how messed up an experience the computer made things from the very beginning.
