First mistake, ordering on the LC app, there is no way to track your order, and they don't let you know a delivery time until you get a text, which for us was more than 30 minutes after ordering. The delivery time was to be in 30 minutes, well the delivery was actually 20 minutes later than quoted. With a bench and a table near the front door the delivery person set the pizza on the cold sidewalk, took some time to take a picture, rang the doorbell and quickly walked away and was halfway to their car when I opened the door. I said thank you, which seemed to startle them, they then waved and kept going. Well we got the pizza in the house and we had a few issues, we ordered stuffed crust, and it was not, we ordered italian sausage and 2 other toppings, the 2 other toppings were there but instead of sausage there was pepperoni. The pizza was to top it off COLD, it was picked up at 5:46 and delivered at 6:37, no wonder it was cold. I spent 19 minutes on hold trying to call the store, then gave up and called the 877 customer service number where I was on hold for almost 9 minutes, then when the agent answered they were not very pleasant and seemed like they were tired of dealing with complaints for the evening, and was even short with me when I explained the issue with the pizza and delivery. Read moreOften accosting energy. The staff is all over the place and at times seem to avoid working the counter. Their pizza portal has been broken or not functional the last three times I visited which in itself is not an issue but staff routinely ignores people walking in. I work in customer service so I totally understand how understaffed and stressful it can be but at the same time it’s been a really horrible experience.
Today I walked in to pick up our online order and after taking my name to find the order, the person behind the counter walked around yelling my name and repeated this 10-15 times. He was unable to find my order the first time and then repeatedly asked if my order would be under another name, which it wouldn’t be as I placed it with my app and with my card. The manager seemed barely interested in helping him resolve this issue in a timely manner and he finally located my pizza in one of the other pizza portals he hadn’t bothered to check initially. Overall the interaction was super uncomfortable. The order itself is also incorrect which is disappointing to say the least.

Read moreMy recent visit to this Little Caesars location was disappointing from start to finish. Despite receiving a confirmation code for my order, it wasn’t ready when I arrived. The store was in complete disarray, crowded and chaotic, with staff visibly overwhelmed.
What made the experience worse was witnessing two associates arguing loudly in front of customers about another guest’s order, which he claimed had been placed over an hour earlier. This public confrontation not only made the store look unprofessional and unorganized, but also escalated tension for everyone waiting. That type of discussion should really happen privately, not in front of a lobby full of frustrated customers.
To top it all off, my own order was missing several items, including sauce for my breadsticks and the ranch I had paid for. Because of how hectic everything was, I didn’t even think to double-check my bag. I just wanted to get out of there. I was told everything was ready, but clearly, that wasn’t the case.
