I Went through drive thru and the lady taking my order got rude with me. When she took my order she was being nice but when I got up to the window to pay and I asked for sauce and she told me I can’t get any because I didn’t order a meal, I was so confused because I have never had that happen to me at Jack in the box. She told me that I was have to pay so I did but the sign said 25 cents each so I gave her 50 cents and ask for two sauces and she gave me one and I asked again she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes and told me there’s a sign right there to read it. I wanted to hurry up and leave because I felt uncomfortable so I didn’t even acknowledge her rudeness. When she got me the sauce for the second time she handed it to me she proceeded to rudely tell me not to get mad. I didn’t want to start anything so I started rolling up my window to drive off. Well I was getting ready to drive she sticks her head out the window and she started yelling at me to have a nice day and then I can hear her slam the window. Read moreAfter my family and I waited without being greeted for several minutes to order with no other customers in line, the young woman who appeared to be the manager skipped over us when she finally made it to the front counter and went to help another customer who had walked in while we were waiting. I asked the Manager for her name and she refused and then asked me to leave if I was unhappy. I've known the GM Roman for almost 30 years, since he was at Highland/Palm location and I truly hope that he can get this location running properly as I'm evidently not the only dissatisfied customer. I see someone is responding to these reviews fairly regularly and only hope that the issues are remedied. I will be reaching out to Roman and Sharifa personally as well. In the meantime I suggest everyone visit the 4th street location where they still knock it out of the park! The downtown location may be shiny, but at the moment is far inferior. Read moreThey forgot the bacon and the syrup on my to go order and napkins even though I asked for them on line. I guess they don't know how to read? I picked up my order inside. The place had no customers inside. The trash was over filling and water leaks on the floor. They don't even bother to clean it up. I told them about it but they didn't care. Since this location doesn't care about customer service or how clean or dirty the place is. We won't bother coming back. There are other Jack in the box to go to. If they were nice and hard working then I wouldn't have anything bad to say. This location has lazy employees. Food prices are so high these days and the employees earn $20 an hour. Customers should be treated better and the place should be spotless. Stop hiring people who are not hard working. They should have great customer service. That's their job.
