I walked in with my family. The two young lady workers did not greet us, did not smile, and almost seemed annoyed we were there. We placed our order and one girl accidentally started a foot long instead of the six inch we ordered. When corrected she just took the meat off and placed it back in the box with the other breads. I ordered a spicy Italian and was charged for extra meat when I never mentioned extra meat or asked for it. Then when I went to get Diet Coke it was out of syrup. When I informed them they just said they were out.
28$ for two meals. I get that prices go up but how about some good old fashion customer service. Make me want to return to this subway. At this point, why would I return to a place that doesn’t greet me, welcome me, thank me and then overcharges...

When I first walked in I waited for about a min. or so before anybody stepped out to take my order. To my surprise as I sat inside and ate my sandwich there were about 3-4 women in the back that came out to help take orders. Hopefully they were having a meeting and not having me wait just because nobody felt like taking my order. The lady who placed my order was nice and helpful.
The restaurant appeared to be clean except for a couple of tables that were not wiped down after the customers left. I didn't use the bathroom so I don't know if it was clean or not. The top on the tea machine was left open, I'm sure this was a mistake due to switching to another task quickly.
My sandwich was delicious and I was able to use my coupon at this location.

I made a mistake and went to the freeway Subway. By the time I got to the other one in Yucaipa, I had 2 call 3 times to to get my food brought to me since I am disabled. I was disappointed that my salad dressing was on my salad which made my salad soaked in dressing! And, my salad was I think tossed into my bag SIDEWAYS. GRRR!! I also asked for peppercorns and they FELL out of the bag and the juice went on my passenger seat. I doubt I will EVER come back to Subway. The employees where nice but the way my food was prepared was just HORRIBLE.. $27.00 dollars and some cents for this..... not...
