After many years driving by often I finally had a chance on a Sunday morning to try this place out. It was 930 Monday morning Sunday Morning in the restaurant was about half full. I had a table by myself and it was amazing how fast thefood came out once I ordered. I was skeptical at first because there's not really much advertisement but once I received everything and experienced the amazing liquid service I was impressed. The food was pretty much homemade, home cooked and I really have no complaints. Portion is okay and prices are as always high everywhere. I paid for my plate, the chicken fried steak $25 without tip. Overall I was super happy that I stopped by I really have no complaint so I'm not sure about all the other reviewers talking about when they only leave one star. It's a typical American diner kind of setting as well as the food pretty much the same menu It's the typical American diner. So if you like American diner food please stop by at this place staff is super friendly food is very good for what you pay and yeah the place is clean. And as' always last but not least the bathroom. it was 930 and there were already many customers before me and the bathrooms were spotless. Go and enjoy you will not...
Read moreFirst time here. Pretty crowded, but I can see why. Very dog friendly. Lots of parking. Big area with concrete in front with tables and umbrellas for you and your dog. Picnic tables however.
Sheryl, our waitress came right out and brought our dogs water. Then she said she didn't have treats so she continued to bring out 2 slices of bacon. Who does that. She is a real dog lover.
I ordered Chicken fried steak and eggs. It comes with biscuit and gravy or toast. Duh! B&G! Very tasty gravy. Hash browns were on point and the eggs we're actually cooked correctly. The Chicken fried steak was excellent. You can see it is actually real steak and hand breaded, not the frozen patties like most places. Really good. It could have used a little seasoning, but was fresh and beefy.
Wife ordered the Hobo omelette. Home fries were good. Omelette was good, but lacked some meat. Lots of veggies though. Very tasty.
Iced tea was good and fresh. Sheryl offered to go cups which was nice. The salsa tasted store bought, but fair. Service was excellent. Very courteous. We will definitely be back for sure, probably on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday as that's when Sheryl is there. She spoiled our fur babies which is a...
Read moreI came here for the first time on a Sunday morning around 10am after finding it on Google. Larry & Milts has a small, homey vibe — definitely not a chain. The western decor, with cowboy photos on the walls, gives it a lot of character.
I ordered eggs, hash browns, bacon, and a biscuit. Everything tasted perfect — no complaints at all. The bacon was nice and crispy, the portions were generous but not over the top, and while the presentation was simple, the food spoke for itself. Solid, no-frills breakfast done right.
The staff was super friendly and personable. Even though it was busy, we were seated right away and the service was prompt. Prices were on the lower side of average — not expensive, but not ultra cheap either — and I felt the experience was exactly what I paid for.
One thing to note: you can pay with card or cash, but tips are cash or Venmo only, so be prepared for that.
