Taco Bell — Restaurant in Yucca Valley

I am not sure if I have bad luck or if its just coincidentally but they're Always forgetting items ordered & paid for. I always ask if such & such is in the bag? they confirm YES its all in there. This last time food was missing from the 3 items total that were ordered she looked up in the air mumbling something after I knocked on the door. She says can I help u? I said yeah my order is missing my quesadilla with no chicken. She says are you sure!!? I'm like here you can check my bag, maybe I missed it. She digs thru the 2 items & asks what was it again? I said a quesadilla no chicken. She walked away. 5 minutes later she comes out hands me a bag & walks away. No apology. No have a good night. Just walked away. She then realized she was locked out the door that was being held by some kids who were inside eating after hours who was supposed to hold door for her it looked like. I understand people have bad days. I understand they don't intentionally neglect customers orders. Maybe it just was a bad night for her. But she wasn't too friendly nor leading by example for a even manager. When got home I noticed my quesadilla was heavy. I opened it & it was a chicken quesadilla!! Well to start when we got to the speaker the person taking orders was clearly having a bad day! When we attempted to order a deluxe cravings box we were informed they don't have that item as my husband and we're staring at the deluxe craving box with a photo on the menu. That was problem number one. Problem number two, we ordered two Mexican pizza meals( love that you brought it back kudos to you) a nachos Bell grande, two five layer burritos all of our items were shoved in a single bag so silly me I assumed everything was there boy was I mistaken! After driving home I came inside my children said yay Taco Bell. As I unpacked the bag to feed my family I found the tacos were unwrapped and sitting at the bottom of the bag, the Mexican pizza was smashed, and the cherry on this disaster cake ... I did NOT have all of my items, I was missing a Mexican pizza and a taco. So as I sat here pondering do we drive back and go and get the food? No that would be crazy, gas is entirely too expensive but.... so is food so I'm stuck with this conundrum. Went with a friend to taco bell he ordered and after 23 min of rude service and outher customers waiting that actually left after waiting for someone to even take their order. I asked for the name of the person who was preparing my food and was told his name is George and Joe when I asked to see the managern she told me 2 completely different names I informed her at this point I need to record what you are saying because you are being dishonest she told me she would not talk to me unless I stop recording so I did and was told that I am a lier trying to get her in trouble and that I cannot send my video to taco bell because they don't allow recording after leaving I decided to post this and I will be sending the video to taco bell aswell post it on the internet for all to see I expect that someone will eventually do something about this insane work team that is working the time and date I ordered is Aug 19 at around 5.30 I hope someone from taco bell will review the cameras to see what was said to me and how I was mistreated but what can you expect...
