We went in for ice cream, 1 lady with 4 boys ahead of us. She waited about 10 minutes to be waited on. Once she placed her order a young man asked my wife what she wanted. She told him a large chocolate frozen yogurt in a waffle cone. He said I'm out of those cones do you want a small one, she said she really wanted a large. He then said if you don't want a small I will have to go in the back and get some more large ones, she told him please get some. He came back and put one stream of ice cream in the large waffle cone, he tried to hand it to her and we said you need to put more ice cream in it. His response was it is a large, we said it is a large cone but you didn't put as much ice cream in it as you do a small cone. We told him we would go somewhere else to get ice cream. We should have asked for a manager but we assumed if the employees act like this the manager would be the same. I would not recommend...
Read moreWent at 8 pm on Saturday expecting a bit of a wait, guy taking our order at the front counter was obviously new which wasn’t an issue in the beginning. I ordered a banana split and before I could continue with my order he walked away without a word to make the banana split, when he came back I continued with my order, a large shake which he sighed and very rudely said “ok then” and walked away from the counter to make the shake. He brought the shake back to the counter literally dripping out the lid and top of the cup spilling down the sides. We went on to order 2 more sundaes which he had to be stopped from walking away before we could order the second one. Then none of the sundaes had the lids on right, one being a faulty lid which didn’t even stay on the bowl. My problem tonight was that even though I paid in change for my double dip of ice cream, I could hear the young lady who took my change making fun of me for paying in change. She then proceeded to yell that she needed help because she couldn't count the change correctly. Another young lady came over and she also struggled to count the change. I just want management to know that you might inform your staff that even though the window is closed, the customer can still hear everything that is being said, even over the headsets to other employees.
