Foxtail Coffee & Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream - Wildlight — Restaurant in Yulee

This is my 5th visit. I keep trying to give it a chance, the atmosphere to meet somewhere is great but yhe drinks are never made right. Then when you mention it's wrong, you receive major attitude from the barista. This trip my drink was wrong, a simple latte no foam, when I opened it up it was 3/4 foam and I asked if my order said no foam, she said yes, proceeded to scrape the foam off and handed me the cup not filled and still with foam. Saying HERE. I was a district manager for a major coffee company, it's really simple to just fill a cup with hot milk and espresso. I just can't justify paying this much for a beverage only to be given a serious attitude when asking for what I ordered. While I was sitting at the bar waiting for my order, two other people brought their drinks back that were made wrong. Walked in so excited to try! I looked at the menu and saw Espresso beverages. I asked if they have the espresso but iced. It appears the woman at the register didn’t understand. She said “can you explain what you mean?” I said “Yes, an espresso but with ice so it’s chilled.” She replies, “do you mean espresso with ice water?!” Then proceeds to show me a cup. I said “For example, Starbucks has an iced shaken espresso” Her: “I haven’t been to Starbucks in a long time.” Me: “Okay I will have a caramel vanilla cold brew.”

Super nice staff, very clean building. The atmosphere is very cute and cozy! I love the decor and all the little stuff you can purchase. The coffee was delightful, I got an iced maple berry latte just to try something new and I was blown away! It tastes great. Everyone working seems like they’re happy to be there and happy to help you pick out a good drink or food. I come to Nassau just for college classes and I’ll be making sure I save extra time to stop here before...
