Was very disappointed in the customer service. I ordered online went right when my sub was supposed to be ready. Waited for 25mins before I hopped in line for someone to help me. Guess what the reason they didn't make my order was because they were out of the sub I ordered. I could've saved 25mins if they had anyway to let me know. Nope just bad customer service. Sent jersey mikes an email and no response and no credit for the points I used...

We stopped at the new Jersey Mike’s on William Burgess Blvd in Yulee while traveling back to Orlando, and it was such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bread and condiments were very fresh, and our subs were delicious—just what we needed for the drive. There’s also a nice sitting area in the back of the store where you can enjoy your lunch outside. We’ll definitely stop here again on...

Does not honor coupons. I called ahead for an order and was told that a special with a coupon was available but when I got to the store they charged me full price. No one was helpful even after I explained to them that I spoke to someone and they confirmed my order and price...
