I had a bad experience my first time at this location. Today Wednesday August 21st 2024 at 11:09am order #4448 through drive thru. I was not ready to order yet so I said give me a moment. The girl in drive thru Jesikka however you spell her name and crew who did not have their name badges on were rude. They were getting impatient wanting me to hurry up and order. Mind you there was no cars behind me in drive thru. The girl taking my order said "bro are you ready to order we have donuts, muffins, etc etc....?? Our lobby is open in side if you want to come in?? Another girl said "Is there a line!?" I then replied " Okay thank you but no" to the lobby suggestion and "No ma'am there is not" to the is there a line remark. So not sure who was taking my order at this point maybe Jesikka because she is at the window I'm assuming. So after I order my first drink she asks "do you want wip cream?" I said "no for that drink" then I order another drink which she did not ask if I wanted wip cream with that one so assumed I didn't want wip cream for both drinks. So then after I order my drinks she then says "ok total at the window or pull to the window" not sure at this point because she is rushing me as if im done ordering which I was not. Just rude and obnoxious and disappointing to me. Then finally I order my two donuts which completes my order. Which she does not give me my total at the speaker or repeat my order back to me. So I pull to the window which she still doesn't repeat my order to me... So I pay anyways with card and did not get a receipt at all just a total and here's your order. Just poor customer service if you ask me because I am a manager and expect to receive excellent customer service just like I would give to my customers. Just sad. I will not be returning back to this location. If I do I expect better customer service and to not be rushed whether inside...
Read moreI am not very picky, I don’t even know why I kept going back, its because I wanted to give them another chance, and another chance, and another chance, but something happens every time… even though I love the donuts, it’s so disappointing every time I go there, they never have anything, out of filled donuts, out of everything, one time, I was going to have family over, and they didn’t want to sell me 4 dozens because they were going to run out, WHAT DO THEY SELL THEN… THEY DONT WANT TO SELL… and yesterday to finish and what made me finally decide NOT to go there anymore.. THEY DIDN’T WANT TO TAKE MY CASH, can you believe a bussiness that doesn’t take cash? Because one of their machines was broken and the other one didn’t open the drawer… they weren’t even going to give me change because I was adding the money to the points app…. By the way worst system of points ever, sometimes the people working there are also not trained to reload the cash on the app, and they just tell you you can’t do it. You have to train your people better to do that. I always buy coffee there if I buy the donuts. But if there’s no donuts or they don’t want to take my money, there’s nothing I can do about it…. unfortunately I always end up at Starbucks. That’s why you pass by 16th st and Dunkin Donuts drive through is always empty and...
Read moreJust because we’re in a small town doesn’t mean businesses get a pass on having their operation together—and unfortunately, this Dunkin’ completely missed the mark. There should be a ZERO STARS option.
On a busy Sunday morning—Father’s Day no less—I was told they had no chocolate cake donuts, no Bavarian cream, and pretty much nothing you’d expect from a donut shop. All they had available were stale glazed donuts and a plain cake donut with no frosting. I ordered six, and all of them were hard and clearly not fresh. Not a single redeeming bite.
When I asked why the selection was so limited, I was told, “The morning crew was supposed to make more donuts and didn’t.” That was the excuse. They’re open until 8PM, but apparently only make donuts in the morning? Make that make sense.
If you’re going to stay open all day, then donuts—your core product—should be made throughout the day. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when customers show up expecting quality, especially on a holiday weekend.
Do better, Dunkin’. This location needs serious attention and accountability. Small town or not, customers deserve fresh food, real options, and...
