Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Yuma

They are fast with their orders, I love going through their drive-thru in the evenings. Between the time of 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. to the later and early hours of the day, there is rarely any foot traffic so my order is done quickly. They have never messed up on my order unless it was my mistake when I made the order. And at that point it's still not their fault (I'm not a fan of the taco sauce, and I don't interpret it correctly to not put on any of the tacos verses not put it on "the" (current) order of tacos. The staff is always been courteous for the cashiers at the front when going into the restaurant. I'm a fan of their current menu item of the bacon and cheese curly fries. They put enough cheese in there to wear every fry gets some cheese. And if you don't smear cheese on any untouched fries and eat it as it is, then good job you may have extra cheese for your tacos....

ATTENTION OWNER!! My family and I live in the neighborhood and walked over this evening. The dinning room was closed. It was 10:15. I asked the employee inside why the dinning room was closed. He said he didn't know. I asked the 2 employees in the parking lot why the dinning room was closed and the girl said because of covid. I said it's not posted. She replied it is online. I asked where on line. She rudely said google. Well I've looked up and down this information and do not see a word about the dinning room closing at 10pm like she said. 3 weeks ago the dinning room was open and it was about the same time.. so really...

Have been going to Jack here for years, but now this one seems to have been forgotten by owners. The chairs are broken, you sit on them, and they wobble. The tables looked wiped down, but they looked like they were with a dirty rag, I had to use napkins and water to clean one. And it was not busy, so I would imagined that there was time to clean them. The food tasted off, like it had been sitting in a freezer forever and was just pulled out. For the price hike in things, as a customer, I expected better. I guess the more we have to pay, the less we get. Thank you, but for now, I don't...
